2. For purposes of the registration, please do the following:-
(i) Payment
( of fees via the folowing method (APPENDIX 5):-
(a) Credit Card – Bursar, Universty of Malaya counter only or;
(b) Internet Banking – CIMB Clicks, BIMB online, or;
(c) Cash Payment – Islamic Bank Counter only
(Note: Other methods of payment are not allowed)
(ii) Bring

copy)

4. Kindly note that notwithstanding the terms and conditions of the programme of studies and candidature as
stipulated in this offer letter, The University of Malaya has the right to amend or vary the said terms and
conditions and you shall be subjected to all the terms and conditions as may be determined for your
programme of studies including any amendments or variations as may be decided by The University from
time to time.
5. Please be informed that your application has been processed based on the information and the documents
provided by you. In case of any inaccurate or falsification of documents during the application, the
University reserves the right to withdraw the offer or terminated your candidate at any time.

*Note
1. Candidates are required to pay all stipulated fees prior to register. Verification of registration is upon confirmation of
the payment.
2. For candidates with scholarships, please bring along an original copy with 2 copies of your letter of award.
(scholarship holders must pay their own fees that are not borne by the sponsor, for example:
- Health and Insurance Fee for 1 semester - RM27 + RM15
(Malaysian Government Scholarships - KPM, JPA etc)
3. Payment by personel cheques or cash will not be accepted.
4. Application for EPF withdrawal can only be done after candidate successfully registered and pay the stipulated fees
for the current semester.

Payment of fees can be done through internet banking. Please use the following guide which is provided
by Bank to pay fees through Internet Banking.
