This job I held until I became a Residence Assistant and I returned to it after my time as an RA was finished. I
managed phone calls daily and provided University information to various callers from all over the world.
Communicating with admissions staff in an efficient and confidential manner was essential due to handling very
sensitive financial and personal information.

Duties included arranging events for 20-30 students a minimum of once per week. Handling with discretion
sensitive student information such as title 9 cases, mental health, and academic success. And being a resource of
information about all campus policies and events. All RA’s were constantly on call should a task or emergency
arise that needed immediate attending to.

Grounds Crew | Yellowstone Country Club | Billings, MT

May 2020 | August 2020
A seasonal job, stressed punctuality and early starts. Beginning at 5:00am, all day was spent using various tools
to maintain the grounds of the country club and the golf course. I operated dangerous and heavy machinery
daily as well as collaborated with a large team to accomplish groundskeeping tasks.

Volunteering
President of the 2nd Semester Ski Trip
In 2018 I founded a group consisting of 8-15 adults that go on a three-day ski trip to Red Lodge Ski Resort in
Red Lodge MT. This has become an annual trip that occurs in February that I still plan, manage, and organize.

Rec League Soccer

An organization of university students at the University of Mary that meet every Wednesday and Saturday to
play pickup soccer. I managed the Facebook page where we posted announcements for irregular play times and
did outreach in addition to accepting new members.
