Rebrand and Digital Communications Plan

Rebrand – Scope of Work
• Alter the colors of the logo.
• Review and redo the website content. Use relevant websites as references and ensure the
content is optimized for search engines (SEO).
• Change the layout of website to more functional and modern.
• Manage the new graphics for the website and replace the existing images. They don’t conform to
what the website is about.
• Include a section for listings of properties.
• Add a blog/vlog that would help potential clients in deciding the properties to buy i.e. top 10 places
in England for investment
Digital Communications Plan
• Enlist Britnaire on Google Business.
• Set up Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube accounts.
• Design avatars and cover photos for each platform.
• Search for more mediums to reach international clients.
• Make an introductory video for Britnaire that would go on all social media platforms and can be
used for the website as well.
• Set up a calendar for social media posts for the initial 3 months.
Timeline and Charges
• The project will 45 days to complete.
• I’ll charge PKR 90,000 for the mentioned work.
