Our team includes experienced divers as well as highly trained engineers, supervisors, superintendents
and project managers.
1. Early Involvement
During this phase MOC meets with the Client and the
other involved Project Contractors set the common
grounds and principles for the subsequent diving or
diving support activities.
The documentary as well as the operational
development responsibilities are set / agreed.
2. Documents Issuing and Acceptance Process
Support
If / whenever the documentary issuing / control
responsibility is agreed to be borne by MOC, the
relevant method statements and engineering studies
are to be developed by our subsea
engineering department.
At the same time MOC will provide full support for the
MWS acceptance process.
The execution of diving operations at very high standards insure excellent service delivery instances
while keeping the risks inherently attributed to subsea operations at ALARP level.

3. Sub-sea Technologies R&D
Combining our subsea personnel history with
our experienced project leaders and subsea
engineering team, MOC can develop
innovative techniques and approaches to
support above surface and underwater
construction activities. Our design and
procedural approaches are developed in-
house as well as through alternative strategic
alliances.
4. Pre-operational, Operational and Post
Installation Surveys
Our diving teams are specially equipped and
trained to perform a whole array of dimensional
surveys, able to successfully cope with the
most demanding situations.

Our divers, diving supervisors and diving
superintendents as well as engineering support
teams (on and offshore) are capable of
