1 INDEXES:
Index types: flange (F), shaft (S), hollow flange (H) series, parallel indexer (e.g., PC series: input & output shaft parallel),
ultrathin table (much compact such as A series)…various mounting, can be single or double input shafts, possible to be
customized per customers’ demand (e.g., shaft length, shaft dia., specific mounting holes).
Functions: indexing, ascending or swaying, can be have one function or two functions (e.g., indexing & swaying, indexing
& ascending, ascending & swaying) combined on one unit, such as MF series.
Features: commonly suggested to mount with AC motor with (worm) gearboxes, most models with max. input speed around
0~200rpm (e.g., A, T series), 0~700rpm (e.g., F, F, H series), few models compatible to input of 800rpm (e.g., ADS series).
Advantages: cost-effective, precise and alternative solutions for combination of servo motor, servo drive, PLC…with
planetary gearboxes.
Major principles for selecting indexes:
Many data (as Selection Form) may need, but below data must have:
(1) How many stations/stops needed?
(2) Plate dia.?
(3) Overall loading weight on plate?
(4) Motor input speed?
(5) Specific mounting need?
Applications: indexes meet wide applications (some examples please refer to APPLICATIONS).
2 HOLLOW ROTAOTRY TABLE (HT series):
Frame sizes: HT-62, HT-85, HT-130, HT-200, HT-300, HT-450 (probably the biggest size for similar product in the
industries).
Ratio: 5:1, 10:1, 18:1
Features: helical gears inside, crossed roller bearing used, can be installed vertically or horizontally, can be positioned
fast and precisely at any angle if mounting with servos.
Applications: any that direct loading demand to use with steppers or servo motors, requiring for rotatory motion
precisely.
Remarks: bushing or adapter will supply for smaller motor shaft dia.; enlarged adapter possibly to offer (extra cost may
require) for motor with relative bigger frame sizes.

3 CAM TYPE REDUCERS: FR & RA series~zero backlash roller cam reducer

FR series:
Features: input compatible to various brand of servo motor, suitable for heavier loading, high transmission, high
accuracy, high efficiency, longer service lifespan
Frame sizes: FR04, FR06, FR08, FR10 & FR12
Ratios: 15:1, 20:1
Installation: vertically or horizontally

RA series:
Features: high rigidity, high speed, outstanding durability, more than 90% efficiency.
Ratio: 20:1
Frame size: RA63, RA80 & RA100
Installation: horizontally or vertically
Applications: FR & RA suitable for machinery and automaton applications.
