            I, Abigail Joy H. Dulay, Filipino citizen, of legal age, single, and a resident of
Bugallion Pangasinan, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
depose and say:
 
1. That I am the HR & Admin Head of ABC Marketing, a corporation duly
organized and existing under and by virtue of the existing laws of the Republic of the
Philippines and with office address at 350 Perez Blvd., Downtown District, Dagupan
City, Pangasinan, Philippines and the authorized representative of the said
corporation in the execution of this affidavit.
 
2. I hereby certify that Robert Mang is a bonafide employee of the ABC
Marketing holding the position of a Security Guard since January 1, 2019 up to the
present.
 
3. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing facts.
