JUSTIN PEREZ

This Judicial Affidavit of JUSTIN PEREZ is executed to

serve her direct testimony in the instant case.

I, JUSTIN PEREZ, of legal age, single, and living at #29 AB

Fernandez Ave, Downtown District, Dagupan, Pangasinan, state
under oath as follows:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

The person examining me is Atty. Carlo C. Ong with office

address at Caraig and Associates Law Office, No. 1914 La Azotea
Bldg., Upper Session Rd., Baguio City.
The examination is being held at the same address. I am
answering his questions fully conscious and that I do so under oath
and may face criminal liability for false testimony and perjury.

PURPOSE

This affidavit/testimony of JUSTIN PEREZ is being offered to

prove that he personally knows the defendant Robert Santos Mang.
That Justin Perez and Robert Santos Mang are both working as
Security Guard at ABC Marketing Corporation.
The Affiant will also prove that he reported on duty with Robert
Santos Mang on July 20,2020.
1. Q: Please state your name and other personal circumstances for
the record.

A: I am Justin Perez, a Filipino, single and of legal age.

I live at #29 AB Fernandez Ave, Downtown District, Dagupan,
Pangasinan.

2. Q: Do you know why you are here?

A: Yes, because I would like to testify for the case filed against
Robert Santos Mang.

3. Q: Do you know Mr. Robert Mang?

A: Yes.

4. Q. Have you met him personally?

A. Yes.

5. Q: How did you meet Mr. Robert Mang?

A: Robert and I are both working as Security Guards at ABC

Marketing Corporation- located at 350 Perez Blvd., Downtown
District, Dagupan City, Pangasinan. (“Annex 1”)

6. Q: How long have you been working with Mr. Robert Mang?

A: We have been working together at ABC Marketing for almost

two years already. (“Annex 2”)

7. Q: How do you describe working with Mr. Robert Mang?

A: Robert is kind and thoughtful guy. Robert and I spend time

together while on duty.

8. Q: Did you work on July 20,2020?

A: Yes. (“Annex 3”)

9. Q: Can you recall what happened during that day?

A: Yes, I can clearly remember because it was my birthday.

10. Q: Can you state what happened during that day?

A: Robert and I are scheduled to work during that day. Before

facing my special day ahead, we had a coffee together. And during our
lunch time, I treated him in a small carrinderia across ABC
Marketing, because that’s only what I can afford. We even took a
picture together as a simple celebration for my birthday. (“Annex 5”)

11. Q: Do you remember Mr. Robert Mang leaving the workplace

during that day?

A: No, I can only recall him leaving his posts for short breaks or
bathroom breaks.

12. Q: According to the information, Mr. Robert Santos Mang was in

Baguio City during that day, is it true?

A: That would be impossible, because we have been together all-

day during July 20,2020. Thinking that travelling from Dagupan to
Baguio City would usually take two to three hours, it would be totally
impossible for him to go to Baguio and be back at Dagupan in just a
matter of minutes, or within the short breaks given.

Justin Perez is working as a SECURITY GUARD in the

company. He started working on December 20, 2018, and still part of
ABC Marketing until present.

may serve.
