Best Practices: Designed dry-run based on the most preferred modalities of learning delivery among our parents with strict implementation of health protocols
Prepared boxes containing textbooks, self-learning modules, activity sheets and school supplies to be given to parents for their children
Ensuring a safe and efficient distribution of these modules and assess whether learners were effectively absorbing the lessons
Challenges: Some parents have difficulties teaching their children in understanding and explaining their lesson.
Getting the modules on time but late in passing due to difficulty in helping their children to correctly answer the given activities
Some parents have more than two children studying resulting to difficulty in assisting them. Because of that, they passed their outputs late.
Interventions: Listened to parents’ concerns, worries and fear of not helping their children answer correctly their activities and offer a helping hand to have a homeschooling

Empathized with parents and explain well how to use the modules and help them understand every activity that their children need to answer.
Teachers gave enough time for learners to accomplish their modules/activity sheets/ worksheets
Realizations: School Opening Tryouts/Simulations plays a great role for teachers, parents and learners for the coming opening of classes.
This provides routine and habit that they should follow for the attainment of the Deped goal, which is to provide quality education despite the Covid-19 pandemic.
Partnership among LGU, barangay, teachers, and stakeholders should be maintained to achieve quality education among learners.
