1. Result of medico-legal (autopsy) examination on the accompanying

specimen to determine the cause of death.

T D P O: At about 6:30 PM of February 14, 2020
inside TG Friday restaurant Quirino Street,
Davao City
SPECIMEN SUBMITTED: Dead Body (cadaver) of the aforementioned
victim.
2. Findings of the autopsy report;
MANNER OF DEATH: HOMICIDE

TIME OF DEATH: Body temperature, rigor and livor mortis, and
stomach contents approximate the time of
death between 6:30 pm on February 14,
2020.
IMMEDIATE CAUSE OF DEATH: Massive blood loss due to stab wound
PART OF THE BODY: Front right side of the stomach (right side of
the abdomen with a stab wound measuring 4
inches deep and 1.5 inches wide.
Remarks: Decedent originally presented to this office as homicide victim.

Station Commander were notified of this finding immediately upon
conclusion of examination.

double blade fan knife with markings DMY-01
14/02/20, more or less 7 inches from handle to tip long
used in the commission of the crime and
T-shirt of the suspect Lorena G. Masangkay.
The purpose of which is to determine if the blood sample being collected to the
suspect will matches to the stainless kitchen knife likewise blood sample collected
from the T- Shirt of the suspect.
3. Further request that this Office be furnished a copy of result of blood
examination result for evidence purposes.
