JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF NON-FILING OF INCOME TAX RETURN

WE, SPOUSES VICTOR L. CAMOLO and PERLITA L. CAMOLO, both of legal ages,
FILIPINOS and with residence and address at LF-14, Guetly, Lubas, La-trinidad Benguet, under
oath, do hereby depose and say that:

1. Since our marriage, we have not been gainfully employed, and we seasonably worked
as mere gardeners at various farms in La-Trinidad Benguet, and we relied on the kind
held and assistance of our parents, siblings and relatives for our family livelihood;
2. When we were engaged to do ome piecemeal work in some government programs at
our Barangay in Lubas La-Trinidad Benguet, the Barangay officials required us to
secure and, thus we were issued our respective TIN 185-776-123 and TIN261-494-
728 by the Bureau of Internal Revenue;
3. In all candor and honesty, we admit that since 2013, we did not file any income tax
return, as we had no regular work, or any source of income, but we will fully comply
with the directives of the said agency on the filing of the proper income tax return;
and
4. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the foregoing facts, for legal intents and
purposes and in compliance with the requirements for the registration in our names of
the sale and transfer of the parcels of lands acquired by us and located at Inabaan
Norte, Rosario La Union.

A Parcel of land, Lot 469, PSD-1 010249 (OLT), being a portion of Lot 5 LRC pcs 6627,
situated at Inabaan Norte, Rosario, La Union, containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED SIX (4,506) square meters, more or less;

Our total landholdings do not exceed the limit prescribed by law;

The above- described parcels of land have no existing improvements whatsoever;

We are therefore executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements
and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
