Health

Hello, I´m a 35 year old man and I´m really starting to worry about my health. You see,
I don´t really have many healthy habits. I don´t do excesice, I don´t eat fruits and
vegetables, beacuse I don´t really like them, and I spend a lot of time on the computer.
Also, I don´t have many Friends so I don´t have a reason to go out a lot, except to drink
at a bar. Also, I smoke cigarrettes, eventhough they´re making me feel bad.

Hello, I can see you´re really worried about your health. You really need to change your
habits, I think you should go to the gym to do excersice then you can get in shape, but
if you don´t like go to the gym, there are others options for you, have you considered
going to swim? or going to run? It could be very healthy for yourself. You have to eat
a balanced diet, fruits and vegetables are very important for a heatlhy life, they have
many nutrients and vitamins that makes you feel better, maybe you ought to learn
how to eat them. Why don´t you go to visit another city? If I were you, I would travel
to meet another places and different people, it would change the way you see the
life, life is not only job or to play a game on the computer. You should´t drink alcohol,
maybe you could drink fruit juices, it is so delicious and they are not as unhealthy as
alcohol. You had better stop smoking cigarrettes, they´re completely unhealthy. The
most important thing is that everything you do makes you feel better with yourself.
I really hope that these advices help you to get a different life style.
