Capua, SB Chairman, Committee on Rules, Privileges, Ordinances and Legal Matters, is set to
hear the particulars of your request, re: Proposed Ordinance No. 146 titled “An ordinance
operationalizing Freedom Of Information in the municipality of Basista, Pangasinan and
providing guidelines therefor”. Pleased to inform you that said proposal has been scheduled for
first reading last October 5, 2020.

presence of all the Department Heads to attend said Committee Hearing tomorrow, Wednesday
at 10:00 o’clock in the morning at the Session Hall, Basista Municipal Building, Basista,
