‫ﺃﺻﻳﺏ ﻣﻭﺍﻁﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﺷﺭﻳﻧﺎﺕ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﺭ ﺑﺟﺭﺍﺡ ﻁﻔﻳﻔﺔ ﻣﺳﺎء ﺍﻟﺟﻣﻌﺔ ﺑﺭﺻﺎﺹ ﺟﻳﺵ ﺍﻻﺣﺗﻼﻝ‬
‫ﺍﻹﺳﺭﺍﺋﻳﻠﻲ ﺷﺭﻕ ﺟﺑﺎﻟﻳﺎ ﺷﻣﺎﻝ ﻗﻁﺎﻉ ﻏﺯﺓ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺃﻓﺎﺩ ﺷﻬﻭﺩ ﻋﻳﺎﻥ ﻟﻣﺭﺍﺳﻠﻧﺎ ﺃﻥ ﻣﻭﺍﻁ ًﻧﺎ ﺃﺻﻳﺏ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﺭﺏ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻘﺑﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺷﺭﻗﻳﺔ ﺷﻣﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻘﻁﺎﻉ‪ ،‬ﻓﻳﻣﺎ ﻟﻡ ﺗﺅﻛﺩ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻣﺻﺎﺩﺭ ﺍﻟﻁﺑﻳﺔ ﻭﺻﻭﻝ ﺃﻱ ﻣُﺻﺎﺏ ﻟﻠﻣﺷﻔﻰ ﺣﺗﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﺣﻅﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﻳﻭﺍﺻﻝ ﺍﻻﺣﺗﻼﻝ ﺧﺭﻕ ﺍﺗﻔﺎﻕ ﺍﻟﺗﻬﺩﺋﺔ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻭﻗﻊ ﻓﻲ ‪ 21‬ﻧﻭﻓﻣﺑﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﺎﺿﻲ ﺑﺎﻟﻌﺎﺻﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺻﺭﻳﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻫﺭﺓ ﺑﺟﻬﻭﺩ ﻣﺻﺭﻳﺔ ﻭﺩﻭﻟﻳﺔ ‪.‬‬

‫ﺍﻟﺭﻳﺎﺽ ‪ -‬ﺃﻋﻠﻥ ﺍﻟﺩﻓﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻣﺩﻧﻲ ﺍﻟﺳﻌﻭﺩﻱ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﻳﻭﻡ ﺍﻟﺟﻣﻌﺔ‪ ،‬ﺍﺭﺗﻔﺎﻉ ﻋﺩﺩ ﺿﺣﺎﻳﺎ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﻭﻝ ﺑﺎﻟﻣﻣﻠﻛﺔ ﺧﻼﻝ‬
‫ﺍﻷﺳﺑﻭﻉ ﺍﻟﻣﺎﺿﻲ ﺇﻟﻰ ‪ 24‬ﺷﺧﺻﺎ ﻭ‪ 4‬ﻣﻔﻘﻭﺩﻳﻥ ﻭﺍﻧﻘﺎﺫ ‪ 6362‬ﺷﺧﺻﺎ ً ﻭﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ ﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻹﻳﻭﺍء ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺟﻝ‬
‫ﻷﻛﺛﺭ ﻣﻥ ‪ 4544‬ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﺿﺭﺭﻳﻥ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺃﻭﺿﺢ ﻣﺩﻳﺭ ﻋﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺩﻓﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻣﺩﻧﻲ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﻔﺭﻳﻕ ﺳﻌﺩ ﺑﻥ ﻋﺑﺩﷲ ﺍﻟﺗﻭﻳﺟﺭﻱ ﻓﻲ ﺑﻳﺎﻥ ﻟﻪ ﻣﺳﺎء ﺍﻟﻳﻭﻡ ﺍﻟﺟﻣﻌﺔ‪،‬‬
‫ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺩﻓﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻣﺩﻧﻲ ﺷﺎﺭﻙ ﺑـ ‪ 700‬ﻓﺭﻗﺔ ﻭ ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﺔ ‪ 40‬ﻁﺎﺋﺭﺓ ﻣﻥ ﺃﺳﻁﻭﻝ ﻁﻳﺭﺍﻥ ﺍﻷﻣﻥ‬
‫ﻓﻲ ﺃﻋﻣﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺑﺣﺙ ﻭﺍﻹﻧﻘﺎﺫ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺃﻛﺩ ﺍﻟﺗﻭﻳﺟﺭﻱ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺩﻓﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻣﺩﻧﻲ ﺗﻠﻘﻰ ﺍﻷﺳﺑﻭﻉ ﺍﻟﻣﺎﺿﻲ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺯﻳﺩ ﻋﻠﻰ )‪ (42639‬ﺑﻼﻏﺎ ً ﺟﺭﺍء‬
‫ﺍﻷﻣﻁﺎﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﻭﻝ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺟﺯء ﺍﻷﻛﺑﺭ ﻣﻧﻬﺎ ﻋﻥ ﺍﺣﺗﺟﺎﺯ ﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﺍﻷﻣﻁﺎﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﻭﻝ ﻷﺷﺧﺎﺹ ﺩﺍﺧﻝ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻣﺭﻛﺑﺎﺕ ﺑﻧﺳﺑﺔ ﺗﺯﻳﺩ ﻋﻠﻰ ‪ 55‬ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﺋﺔ ﻣﻥ ﻋﺩﺩ ﺍﻟﺑﻼﻏﺎﺕ ﺛﻡ ﺍﻟﺣﻭﺍﺩﺙ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﻭﺭﻳﺔ ﺑﻧﺳﺑﺔ ‪ 30‬ﻓﻲ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻣﺋﺔ ﺛﻡ ﺣﻭﺍﺩﺙ ﺍﺣﺗﺟﺎﺯ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻁﻧﻳﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺎﺯﻝ ﻭﺍﻹﺳﺗﺭﺍﺣﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻷﻭﺩﻳﺔ ﺑﻧﺳﺑﺔ ‪ 10‬ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﺋﺔ ﺗﻘﺭﻳﺑﺎ ً‬
‫ﻣﻥ ﻋﺩﺩ ﺍﻟﺑﻼﻏﺎﺕ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺳﺟﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺑﻼﻏﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻧﺗﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺣﻭﺍﺩﺙ ﺍﻟﺗﻣﺎﺳﺎﺕ ﻛﻬﺭﺑﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻧﻘﻁﺎﻉ ﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻹﺗﺻﺎﻻﺕ ﻭﻏﺭﻕ ﺑﻌﺽ‬

‫ﻧﺎﺑﻠﺱ‪ -‬ﺩﻭﺕ ﻛﻭﻡ‪ -‬ﻏﺳﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻛﺗﻭﺕ‪ -‬ﺃﻭﺻﻰ ﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﻭﻥ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺅﺗﻣﺭ "ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻲ ﻓﻲ ﻅﻝ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻐﻳﺭﺍﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﺟﺩﺍﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻭﻁﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﺭﺑﻲ"‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻋﻘﺩﺗﻪ ﻛﻠﻳﺔ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻧﺟﺎﺡ ﺍﻟﻭﻁﻧﻳﺔ‪،‬‬
‫ﺍﻟﻳﻭﻡ ﺍﻷﺣﺩ‪ ،‬ﺑﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﺳﺗﻌﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻷﺭﺷﻳﻑ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻲ‪ ،‬ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺋﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺳﻣﻭﻉ ﻣﻧﻪ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻳﺅﺭﺥ‬
‫ﻟﻠﺳﻳﻧﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻳﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺍﻛﺩ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﻭﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﺑﻧﺎء ﺍﺳﺗﺭﺍﺗﺟﻳﺔ ﻣﻭﺣﺩﺓ‪ ،‬ﺗﺗﻌﺩﻯ ﺍﻟﺣﺩﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﺟﻐﺭﺍﻓﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺗﺭﺍﻋﻲ ﺍﻟﺗﻁﻭﺭ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺗﻛﻧﻭﻟﻭﺟﻲ‪ ،‬ﻭﺗﻭﺣﻳﺩ ﺍﻟﺭﻭﺍﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺧﺑﺭﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻟﺗﺷﺑﻳﻙ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﺅﺳﺳﺎﺕ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺧﻝ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﻫﺩﻑ ﺍﻟﻣﺅﺗﻣﺭ ﺍﻟﻰ ﻣﻧﺎﻗﺷﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﻐﻁﻳﺔ ﺍﻻﻋﻼﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺭﺑﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﻳﺔ ﻟﻣﻭﺿﻭﻉ ﺍﻟﺛﻭﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺭﺑﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺫﻟﻙ‬
‫ﺿﻣﻥ ﻣﺟﻣﻭﻋﺔ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻻﺳﺋﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﺟﺩﻟﻳﺔ ﺣﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻟﻌﺑﻪ ﻭﻳﻠﻌﺑﻪ ﺍﻻﻋﻼﻡ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺣﻠﺔ‪،‬‬
‫ﻭﺗﺷﺧﻳﺹ ﻭﺍﻗﻊ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻲ ﻭﺗﻘﻳﻳﻣﻪ‪ ،‬ﺇﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻗﺗﺭﺍﺡ ﺍﺳﺗﺭﺍﺗﻳﺟﻳﺔ ﺍﻋﻼﻣﻳﺔ ﺟﺩﻳﺩﺓ ﻓﻲ ﻅﻝ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻐﻳﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻳﺷﻬﺩﻫﺎ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﺭﺑﻲ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺗﻭﺯﻋﺕ ﺍﻋﻣﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺅﺗﻣﺭ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺛﻼﺙ ﺟﻠﺳﺎﺕ‪ ،‬ﺗﻧﺎﻭﻟﺕ ﺍﻟﺟﻠﺳﺔ ﺍﻷﻭﻟﻰ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺧﻝ‬
‫ﻭﻣﺳﺎﻫﻣﺗﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺧﺩﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﺿﺎﻳﺎ ﺍﻟﻭﻁﻧﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﻓﻳﻣﺎ ﺧﺻﺻﺕ ﺍﻟﺟﻠﺳﺔ ﺍﻟﺛﺎﻧﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﺣﺩﻳﺙ ﻋﻥ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻲ‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺭﺑﻲ ﻓﻲ ﻅﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻐﻳﺭﺍﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﺟﺩﺍﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﺭﺑﻲ‪ ،‬ﺍﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﺟﻠﺳﺔ ﺍﻟﺛﺎﻟﺛﺔ ﻓﻘﺩ ﺧﺻﺹ ﻟﻼﻋﻼﻡ‬
‫ﺍﻻﺟﺗﻣﺎﻋﻲ ﻓﻲ ﻓﻠﺳﻁﻳﻥ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺷﺎﺭﻙ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﺅﺗﻣﺭ‪ ،‬ﺭﺋﻳﺱ ﺍﻟﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﺩﻛﺗﻭﺭ ﺭﺍﻣﻲ ﺍﻟﺣﻣﺩ ﷲ‪ ،‬ﻭﻭﺯﻳﺭ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻡ ﺍﻷﺳﺑﻕ‪ ،‬ﻧﺑﻳﻝ ﻋﻣﺭﻭ‪،‬‬
‫ﻭﻭﻛﻳﻝ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻡ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﺩﻛﺗﻭﺭ ﻣﺣﻣﻭﺩ ﺧﻠﻳﻔﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻧﻘﻳﺏ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺎﻓﻳﻳﻥ ﻋﺑﺩ ﺍﻟﻧﺎﺻﺭ ﺍﻟﻧﺟﺎﺭ‪ ،‬ﻭﻋﻣﻳﺩ ﻛﻠﻳﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﺩﻛﺗﻭﺭ‪ ،‬ﻋﺑﺩ ﺍﻟﻛﺭﻳﻡ ﺳﺭﺣﺎﻥ‪ ،‬ﻭﻋﺩﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻣﻳﻳﻥ ﻭﻁﻠﺑﺔ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻡ ﻓﻲ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺟﺎﻣﻌﺎﺕ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺑﻳﻥ ﺳﺭﺣﺎﻥ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻻﻋﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﺭﺑﻲ‪ ،‬ﺍﻧﻘﺳﻡ ﻓﻲ ﻅﻝ ﺍﻟﺛﻭﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺭﺑﻳﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻋﻼﻡ ﻣﺳﺎﻧﺩ ﻭﻣﺩﺍﻓﻊ ﻋﻥ ﺣﻘﻭﻕ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺷﻌﻭﺏ‪ ،‬ﻭﺇﻋﻼﻡ ﻣﺳﺎﻧﺩ ﻟﻸﻧﻅﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺳﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻠﻙ ﺍﻟﺑﻠﺩﺍﻥ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺃﺷﺎﺭ ﺣﻣﺩ ﷲ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﻥ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻧﺟﺎﺡ‪ ،‬ﺃﺩﺭﻛﺕ ﺃﻫﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺭﺳﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻣﻳﺔ ﻣﻧﺫ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻘﺎﺭﺏ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ ﻋﻘﻭﺩ‪،‬‬
‫ﻓﺄﺳﺳﺕ ﻗﺳﻣﺎ ً ﻟﻠﺻﺣﺎﻓﺔ‪ ،‬ﺗﻁﻭﺭ ﻻﺣﻘﺎ ﺣﺗﻰ ﺃﺻﺑﺢ ﻛﻠﻳﺔ ﺗﻘﺩﻡ ﺗﺧﺻﺻﺎﺕ ﺩﺭﺟﺔ ﺍﻟﺑﻛﺎﻟﻭﺭﻳﻭﺱ ﻓﻲ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻛﺗﻭﺑﺔ ﻭﺍﻹﻟﻛﺗﺭﻭﻧﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻹﺫﺍﻋﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻠﻔﺯﺓ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺗﺣﺩﺙ ﻧﺑﻳﻝ ﻋﻣﺭﻭ‪ ،‬ﻋﻥ ﺃﻫﻣﻳﺔ ﺗﻁﻭﻳﺭ ﻭﺳﺎﺋﻝ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻡ ﻏﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﺣﻛﻭﻣﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﻭﺟﻭﺩ ﺇﻋﻼﻡ ﻗﻭﻱ‬
‫ﻳﻧﻘﻝ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﻗﻊ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻳﻌﻳﺷﻪ ﺍﻟﺷﻌﺏ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻲ‪ ،‬ﻣﺅﻛﺩﺍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻫﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺣﺻﻭﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻠﻭﻣﺎﺕ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻳﻌﻧﻳﻪ‬
‫ﺫﻙ ﻣﻥ ﻗﻭﺓ ﻭﻣﺗﺎﻧﺔ ﻟﻺﻋﻼﻡ‪ ،‬ﺃﻳﻧﻣﺎ ﻭﺟﺩ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺃﺷﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻧﺟﺎﺭ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﻧﻪ ﺛﺑﺕ ﻓﺳﺎﺩ ﺍﻻﻋﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﺭﺳﻣﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﺩﻳﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺑﻠﺩﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﺭﺑﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﺣﻳﺙ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻟﻡ ﻳﻘﻑ‬
‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺣﻳﺎﺩ‪ ،‬ﻭﻟﻡ ﻳﻧﻘﻝ ﺍﻟﺻﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺣﻘﻳﻘﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﻋﻣﺎ ﻳﺟﺭﻱ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻠﻙ ﺍﻟﺑﻠﺩﺍﻥ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺗﺣﺩﺙ ﺧﻠﻳﻔﺔ ﻋﻥ ﺩﻭﺭ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺗﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻧﻅﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ ﺍﻻﻋﻼﻣﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻭﻁﻥ‪ ،‬ﻭﺑﻳﻥ ﺃﻫﻣﻳﺔ ﻭﺟﻭﺩ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺓ‬

‫ﺑﻠﺩﺓ ﺻﻳﺩﺍ ﺑﻁﻭﻟﻛﺭﻡ‪ ،‬ﺑﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﺔ ﻋﺩﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻷﺳﺭﻯ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﺭﺭﻳﻥ ﻭﺃﻫﺎﻟﻲ ﺍﻷﺳﺭﻯ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺿﻰ ﻭﺃﻫﺎﻟﻲ ﺑﻠﺩﺓ‬

‫ﻭﺗﺣﺩﺙ ﻋﻡ ﺍﻷﺳﻳﺭ ﻣﻌﺗﺻﻡ ﺭﺩﺍﺩ ﻣﻣﺛﻼ ﻋﻥ ﺫﻭﻱ ﺍﻷﺳﺭﻯ‪ ،‬ﻋﻥ ﺍﻹﻫﻣﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻁﺑﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻌﻣﺩ ﻭﺍﻻﺳﺗﻬﺗﺎﺭ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻣﻧﻅﻡ ﺑﻣﺳﺗﺷﻔﻰ ﺍﻟﺭﻣﻠﺔ ﻭﻋﻳﺎﺩﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﺟﻭﻥ‪ ،‬ﺣﻳﺙ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻼﻣﻭﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺩﻭﺍء ﻭﺍﻟﻼﺩﻭﺍء‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺃﺿﺎﻑ‪ :‬ﺃﻧﻪ ﻻ ﺑﺩ ﻟﻛﻝ ﻣﺳﺅﻭﻝ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺗﺣﻣﻝ ﻣﺳﺅﻭﻟﻳﺎﺗﻪ‪ ،‬ﺇﺫ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ ﻻ ﻳﺭﺣﻡ ﺃﺣﺩ‪ ،‬ﻭﻻ ﺑﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺗﻔﻌﻳﻝ‬
‫ﺩﻭﺭ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺅﺳﺳﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﻫﻠﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺣﻛﻭﻣﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺣﻘﻭﻗﻳﺔ ﻟﺻﺎﻟﺢ ﺍﻷﺳﺭﻯ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺿﻰ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺗﺳﺎءﻝ ﺭﺩﺍﺩ‪" :‬ﻟﻣﺎﺫﺍ ﻳُﺳﺧﺭﻭﻥ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻁﺎﻗﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻹﻣﻛﺎﻧﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﺷﺭﻛﺎﺕ ﺍﻻﺗﺻﺎﻻﺕ ﻭﺍﻹﻋﻼﻡ ﻟﺧﺩﻣﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻔﻥ‪ ،‬ﻓﺎﻷﺣﺭﻯ ﻭﺍﻷﻭﻟﻰ ﺗﻭﺟﻳﻪ ﺫﻟﻙ ﻟﺭﻓﻊ ﻣﻌﺎﻧﺎﺓ ﺃﺳﺭﺍﻧﺎ ﻭﺍﻟﻭﻗﻭﻑ ﻣﻌﻬﻡ ﻭﺗﺿﻣﻳﺩ ﺟﺭﺍﺣﻬﻡ ﻭﻣﻭﺍﺳﺎﺓ‬

‫ﻭﺗﺣﺩﺙ ﺍﻷﺳﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﺭﺭ ﻣﺣﻣﺩ ﺍﻟﺗﺎﺝ ﻓﻲ ﻛﻠﻣﺔ ﻟﻪ ﻣﺳﺟﻠﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺻﻭﺕ ﻋﻥ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻹﻫﻣﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻌﻣﺩ ﻣﻥ ﻗﺑﻝ‬

‫ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﻷﺳﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﺭﺭ ﺧﺿﺭ ﻋﺩﻧﺎﻥ ﺧﻼﻝ ﻛﻠﻣﺗﻪ‪" :‬ﻣﺎﺫﺍ ﺳﻧﻘﻭﻝ ﻟ ﻋﺯ ﻭﺟﻝ ﻋﻥ ﺗﻘﺻﻳﺭﻧﺎ ﺑﻣﻌﺗﺻﻡ‬

‫ﺃﻵ ﺗﻔﺗﺣﻭﺍ ﺑﻳﺕ ﻋﺯﺍء ﻭﻻ ﺗﺳﺗﻘﺑﻠﻭﺍ ﺃﺣﺩﺍ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﻳﻌﻳﻥ‪ ،‬ﻭﻻ ﺗﺳﻠﻣﻭﺍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺣﺩ‪ ،‬ﻭﺃﻥ ﺗﺑﺻﻘﻭﺍ ﻓﻲ ﻭﺟﻭﻫﻧﺎ‬
‫ﺟﻣﻳﻌﺎ ﻭﺗﻘﻭﻟﻭﺍ ﻟﻧﺎ ﻟﻘﺩ ﻗﺗﻠﺗﻡ ﺃﺑﻧﺎءﻧﺎ‪".‬‬

‫ﻭﻗﺎﻡ ﻋﺩﻧﺎﻥ ﺑﺗﺫﻛﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﺣﺿﻭﺭ ﺑﺎﻷﺳﺭﻯ ﺍﻟﻣﺿﺭﺑﻳﻥ ﻋﻥ ﺍﻟﻁﻌﺎﻡ‪ :‬ﺃﻳﻣﻥ ﺣﻣﺩﺍﻥ‪ ،‬ﻭﻣﺣﻣﺩ ﺃﺑﻭ ﺍﺭﻣﻳﻠﺔ‪،‬‬

‫ﻭﻁﺎﻟﺏ ﺫﻭﻭ ﺍﻷﺳﺭﻯ ﺑﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺗﺣﺭﻙ ﺍﻟﺟﺩﻱ ﺑﺎﺗﺟﺎﻩ ﺍﻁﻼﻕ ﺳﺭﺍﺡ ﺃﺑﻧﺎﺋﻬﻡ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺳﺟﻭﻥ ﻟﺗﻭﻓﻳﺭ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﻼﺯﻡ‪ ،‬ﺣﻳﺙ ﻻ ﻳﺗﻠﻘﻭﻥ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺷﺎﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺳﺟﻭﻥ ﺳﻭﻯ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﻛﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺯﻳﺩ ﻣﻥ ﻣﻌﺎﻧﺎﺗﻬﻡ ‪ ،‬ﺇﺫ‬
‫ﻋﺑﺭﻭﺍ ﻋﻥ ﺗﺧﻭﻓﻬﻡ ﻣﻥ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺳﺗﻐﻝ ﺳﻠﻁﺎﺕ ﻣﺻﻠﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﺳﺟﻭﻥ ﺃﺟﺳﺎﺩﻫﻡ ﻹﺟﺭﺍء ﺗﺟﺎﺭﺏ ﻋﻠﻳﻬﺎ‪.‬‬

‫ﻳﺫﻛﺭ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻷﺳﻳﺭ ﻣﻌﺗﺻﻡ ﺭﺩﺍﺩ ﻣﻥ ﻁﻭﻟﻛﺭﻡ‪ ،‬ﻳﻌﺎﻧﻲ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺗﻬﺎﺑﺎﺕ ﻣﺯﻣﻧﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻷﻣﻌﺎء ﻭﻗﺻﻭﺭ ﻭﻋﺩﻡ‬

‫ﺩﺍﺭﺗﻣﺎﻭﺙ ﻷﺳﺑﺎﺏ ﺃﻛﺎﺩﻳﻣﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺭﺍﺑﻊ ﻣﻥ ﻳﻧﺎﻳﺭ ﻭﻫﻭ ﺃﻣﺭ ﻳﺳﺗﻭﺟﺏ ﺇﻧﻬﺎء ﺍﻟﺗﺄﺷﻳﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻣﻣﻧﻭﺣﺔ ﻟﻪ‪.‬‬
‫ﻭﻟﻡ ﻳﺭﺍﺟﻊ ﺿﺎﺑﻁ ﺍﻟﺟﻭﺍﺯﺍﺕ ﻗﺎﻋﺩﺓ ﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻁﻠﺑﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺩﺍﺭﺱ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻛﺎﻧﺕ ﻗﺩ ﺣﺩﺛﺕ ﻋﻧﺩ ﻭﺻﻭﻝ‬

‫ﻭﺭﻛﺯ ﺍﻟﺩﻛﺗﻭﺭ ﻓﺭﺣﺎﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺳﺱ ﻭﻣﻔﺎﻫﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﺩﺍﻣﺔ ﻭﻣﻣﺎﺭﺳﺗﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻗﻁﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻧﻘﻝ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﺻﻼﺕ‬
‫ﺑﻣﺎ ﻳﻛﻔﻝ ﺍﻟﺣﻔﺎﻅ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻧﺎﺻﺭ ﺍﻟﺑﻳﺋﻳﺔ‪ ,‬ﻭﺗﻁﺭﻕ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﺣﺩﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﻭﺍﺟﻪ ﻋﻣﻠﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﺩﺍﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ‬

‫ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺟﺩﻳﺭ ﺑﺎﻟﺫﻛﺭ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺩﻛﺗﻭﺭ ﻓﺭﺣﺎﻥ ﻫﻭ ﺧﺑﻳﺭ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺟﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﺩﺍﻣﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻗﺩ ﺗﻘﻠﺩ ﺍﻟﻌﺩﻳﺩ ﻣﻥ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺎﺻﺏ ﺍﻟﻘﻳﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺳﺗﻭﻯ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻭﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﺎﻟﻳﺯﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻛﺫﻟﻙ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﻭﻱ ﺍﻟﺣﻛﻭﻣﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﺎﻟﻳﺯﻱ‪،‬‬

‫ﺟﻠﺳﺔ ﺍﺳﺗﻣﺎﻉ ﻟﻣﺩﻳﺭ ﻋﺎﻡ ﻣﺻﺎﺩﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﻓﻲ ﺳﻠﻁﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﺑﻐﺯﺓ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﻣﻬﻧﺩﺱ ﻣﺎﺯﻥ ﺍﻟﺑﻧﺎ‪ ،‬ﻣﻊ ﻣﺟﻣﻭﻋﺔ ﻣﻥ‬
‫ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻣﻳﻳﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﻳﻥ ﻓﻲ ﻗﺎﻋﺔ ﻻﺗﻳﺭﻧﺎ‪ ،‬ﺿﻣﻥ ﻣﺟﻣﻭﻋﺔ ﻣﻥ ﺟﻠﺳﺎﺕ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﻣﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻳﻧﻔﺫﻫﺎ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻬﺩ ﻓﻲ‬
‫ﻣﺷﺭﻭﻉ "ﺃﻧﺎ ﻣﺩﻭﻥ ﺿﺩ ﺍﻟﻔﺳﺎﺩ" ﺑﺎﻟﺷﺭﺍﻛﺔ ﻣﻊ ﺍﺋﺗﻼﻑ ﻣﻥ ﺍﺟﻝ ﺍﻟﻧﺯﺍﻫﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺳﺎءﻟﺔ )ﺃﻣﺎﻥ(‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺗﺣﺩﺙ ﻓﺗﺣﻲ ﺻ َﺑﺎﺡ ﺭﺋﻳﺱ ﻣﺟﻠﺱ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﻋﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺭﻭﻉ ﻭﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻳﻬﺩﻑ ﺑﺎﻷﺳﺎﺱ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺯﻳﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻭﻋﻲ‬
‫ﻓﻲ ﺃﻭﺳﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻲ ﻣﻥ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻣﻳﻳﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺩﻭﻧﻳﻳﻥ ﺑﻘﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﻧﺯﺍﻫﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺷﻔﺎﻓﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻣﺣﺎﺳﺑﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻣﻘﺻﺭﻳﻥ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻟﻛﺷﻑ ﻋﻥ ﻗﺿﺎﻳﺎ ﺍﻟﻔﺳﺎﺩ‪ ،‬ﻭﺩﻋﻡ ﻣﺑﺩﺃ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﺎﺳﺑﺔ‪ ،‬ﻣﺎ ﻟﺫﻟﻙ ﻣﻥ ﻛﺑﻳﺭ ﺍﻷﺛﺭ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺣﻘﻳﻕ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻲ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺗﺣﺩﺙ ﺍﻟﺑﻧﺎ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﻘﺎء ﻋﻥ ﺍﻟﺻﻌﻭﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﻭﺍﺟﻪ ﺳﻠﻁﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﻭﺍﻟﻭﺍﻗﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﺎﺋﻲ ﻓﻲ ﻗﻁﺎﻉ ﻏﺯﺓ ﺧﻼﻝ‬
‫ﺟﻠﺳﺔ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﻣﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺍﺩﺍﺭﻫﺎ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﺎﻣﻲ ﺑﻛﺭ ﺍﻟﺗﺭﻛﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻻﺋﺗﻼﻑ ﻣﻥ ﺃﺟﻝ ﺍﻟﻧﺯﺍﻫﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺳﺎﺅﻟﺔ )ﺃﻣﺎﻥ(‬
‫ﻭﺷﻬﺩﺕ ﻧﻘﺎﺷﺎ ً ﻣﻌﻣﻘﺎ ً ﻣﻊ ﺟﻣﻬﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﻳﻥ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺑﻧﺎ ﺇﻥ ﺳﻠﻁﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﺗﻣﺭ ﻓﻲ ﻅﺭﻭﻑ ﺻﻌﺑﺔ ﺟﺩﺍ ﻣﺎﻟﻳﺎ ﻭﺃﺩﺍﺭﻳﺎ ﻭﻓﻧﻳﺎ ﻭﻟﻭﺟﺳﺗﻳﺎ‪ ،‬ﻛﻣﺎ ﺃﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﻭﺍﺟﻪ‬
‫ﻣﺷﺎﻛﻝ ﻭﻻ ﻳﻣﻛﻥ ﻟﻬﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻘﺩﻡ ﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﺑﺩﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﻣﻌﺩﺍﺕ ﻭﻗﻁﻊ ﻏﻳﺭ ﻭﻏﻳﺭﻫﺎ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺃﺷﺎﺭ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﺭﺗﻔﺎﻉ ﻧﺳﺑﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻠﻭﺣﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺻﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﻭﺍﻁﻧﻳﻥ ﺣﻳﺙ ﺍﻥ ﺣﻭﺍﻟﻲ‪ %90‬ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ‬
‫ﻻﺗﺗﻁﺎﺑﻕ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻌﺎﻳﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﻳﺔ ﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﺷﺭﺏ ﺣﻳﺙ ﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﺣﺩ ﺍﻷﻗﺻﻰ ﻟﻧﺳﺑﺔ ﺍﻟﻛﻠﻭﺭﻳﺩ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﺑﺎﻥ‬
‫ﻻﺗﺗﺟﺎﻭﺯ ‪ 250‬ﻣﻠﻲ ﺟﺭﺍﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺣﻳﻥ ﺍﻥ ‪ %40‬ﻣﻥ ﺍﻷﺑﺎﺭ ﻳﺻﻝ ﺗﺭﻛﻳﺯ ﺍﻟﻛﻠﻭﺭﻳﺩ ﺍﻟﻲ ‪ 1000‬ﻣﻠﻲ‬
‫ﺟﺭﺍﻡ ﻭﺑﻌﺽ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺎﻁﻕ ﻳﺻﻝ ﺍﻟﻲ ‪ 2000‬ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﺑﺳﺑﺏ ﺗﺩﺍﺧﻝ ﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﺑﺣﺭ ﻭﺃﺿﺎﻑ ﺃﻥ ﺍﺭﺗﻔﺎﻉ ﻧﺳﺑﺔ‬
‫ﻣﺭﻛﺏ ﺍﻟﻧﺗﺭﺍﺕ ﺣﻳﺙ ﻳﺻﻝ ﺍﻟﻲ ‪ 500‬ﻣﻠﻲ ﺟﺭﺍﻡ ﻟﻠﺗﺭ ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﺑﺳﺑﺏ ﺗﺳﺭﺏ ﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﺻﺭﻑ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﻲ ﻭﺃﻥ‬
‫ﺣﺻﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﺩ ﻭﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﻠﻣﻌﺎﻳﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﻳﺔ ﻫﻲ ‪ 150‬ﻟﺗﺭ ﻳﻭﻣﻳﺎ ﻟﻛﻥ ﻻﻳﺻﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻁﻥ ﻓﻲ ﻏﺯﺓ ﺳﻭﻯ ‪ 80‬ﻟﺗﺭ‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻳﻌﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﻲ ﻭﺟﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﻗﺩ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﺍﻣﺎ ﺑﺳﺑﺏ ﺍﻟﺗﺳﺭﻳﺏ ﻓﻲ ﺷﺑﻛﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻘﻁﺎﻉ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﻥ ﻫﻧﺎﻙ ﺧﻁﺔ ﻟﻣﻭﺍﺟﻬﺔ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﻛﻠﺔ ﻭﺿﻌﺕ ﻋﺎﻡ ‪ 2000‬ﻭﺗﻧﺗﻬﻲ ﻓﻲ ‪ 2020‬ﻟﻛﻥ ﻟﻡ ﻳﺗﻡ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺷﺭﻭﻉ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺧﻁﺔ ﺳﻭﻯ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ ‪2010‬‬

‫ﻭﺍﺳﺗﻣﺭ ﻓﻲ ﺍﺟﺎﺑﺗﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﺳﺋﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺟﻪ ﺇﻟﻳﻪ ﻣﻥ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺍﻟﺣﺿﻭﺭ ﻗﺎﺋﻼً ﺍﻥ ﻋﺟﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺎﺭﻳﻊ ﺑﺩﺃﺕ ﺗﺩﻭﺭ‬
‫ﻭﻟﻛﻥ ﻟﻳﺱ ﺑﺎﻟﻣﺳﺗﻭﻯ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻭﺿﻊ ﻟﻪ ﻓﺎﻟﺣﺻﺎﺭ ﺍﺛﺭ ﺑﺷﻛﻝ ﻛﺑﻳﺭ ﻋﻠﻲ ﻋﻣﻠﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻣﻭﻳﻝ ﻓﻬﻧﺎﻙ ﺍﻟﻛﺛﻳﺭ ﻣﻥ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺎﺭﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻘﺭﺭ ﺗﻧﻔﻳﺫﻫﺎ ﻭﻟﻛﻥ ﺗﻭﻗﻑ ﺗﻧﻔﻳﺫﻫﺎ ﺑﺳﺑﺏ ﺍﻹﻧﺗﻔﺎﺿﺔ ﻭﺍﻹﻧﻘﺳﺎﻡ ﻭﻟﻘﺩ ﺗﻡ‬
‫ﻣﺅﺧﺭﺍ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﺳﻳﻕ ﺑﻳﻥ ﺳﻠﻁﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﻓﻲ ﻏﺯﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺿﻔﺔ ﻟﻠﺧﺭﻭﺝ ﻣﻥ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻷﺯﻣﺔ ﻭﻧﻭﻩ ﺍﻟﻲ ﺍﻥ ﻫﻧﺎﻙ ﻋﺩﺩ‬

‫ﻭﺣﻭﻝ ﺍﻧﻘﻁﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﻣﺭ ﺍﻓﺎﺩ ﻷﺣﺩ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﻳﻥ ﺍﻧﻪ ﻳﻣﻛﻧﻪ ﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ ﺷﻛﻭﻯ ﺣﻭﻝ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺧﺻﻭﺹ‬

‫ﺍﺣﺗﺟﺎﺟﻳﺔ ﻣﺗﻌﺩﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﻁﺎﺕ ﻟﻠﺗﺫﻛﻳﺭ ﺑﻘﺿﻳﺔ ﺍﻷﺳﺭﻯ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻳﻳﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺳﺟﻭﻥ ﺍﻻﺣﺗﻼﻝ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺟﺎءﺕ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ ﺑﻣﺑﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻣﻣﻥ ﺃﻁﻠﻘﻭﺍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻧﻔﺳﻬﻡ ﺍﺳﻡ ”ﻧﺷﻁﺎء ﻭﻧﺎﺷﻁﺎﺕ ﺩﻭﺍﺭ ﺍﻟﺳﺎﻋﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻳﺎﻓﺎ“‪،‬‬
‫ﻭﻫﻡ ﻧﺷﻁﺎء ﺩﺍﻭﻣﻭﺍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﻅﺎﻫﺭ ﻋﻧﺩ ﺩﻭﺍﺭ ﺍﻟﺳﺎﻋﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻳﺎﻓﺎ ﺑﺷﻛﻝ ﻳﻭﻣﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺩﺍﺭ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻘﺎﺭﺏ ﺍﻟﺛﻼﺛﺔ‬
‫ﺃﺷﻬﺭ ﺗﺿﺎﻣﻧﺎ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻷﺳﻳﺭ ﺳﺎﻣﺭ ﺍﻟﻌﻳﺳﺎﻭﻱ ﻭﺍﻷﺳﺭﻯ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻳﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺿﺭﺑﻳﻥ ﻋﻥ ﺍﻟﻁﻌﺎﻡ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺍﻧﻁﻠﻘﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﻳﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺃﺳﻣﺎﻫﺎ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﻅﻣﻭﻥ ”ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻔﺎﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﺣﺭﻳﺔ“ ﻣﻥ ﻣﺩﻳﻧﺔ ﻳﺎﻓﺎ ﺑﺎﺗﺟﺎﻩ ‪ 7‬ﻣﻔﺎﺭﻕ‬

‫ﺃﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﻁﻔﻝ ﻣﺣﻣﺩ ﺣﺑﻳﺏ ﻓﺧﻁ ﺑﻔﺭﺷﺎﺗﻪ ﻟﻭﺣﺔ ﺗﺟﺳﺩ ﻣﻘﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻧﺑﻲ ﻳﻭﺳﻑ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻳﺗﻌﺭﺽ ﻟﻼﻧﺗﻬﺎﻙ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻬﻭﻳﺩ‬
‫ﻣﻥ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺍﻻﺣﺗﻼﻝ‪ ،‬ﻭﻓﻳﻬﺎ ﺣﺎﻭﻝ ﻣﺣﻣﺩ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻌﺑﺭ ﻋﻥ ﺍﻷﻫﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺩﻳﻧﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﺎﺭﻳﺧﻳﺔ ﻟﻣﻘﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻧﺑﻲ ﻳﻭﺳﻑ‪ ،‬ﻭﻣﺎ‬

‫ﻣﻥ ﺟﻬﺗﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﺃﻛﺩﺕ ﺍﻷﺳﺗﺎﺫﺓ ﺭﻧﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﺷﺭﻓﺎ‪ -‬ﻣﺩﻳﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺍﻛﺯ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﻳﺔ ﺑﻭﺯﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ‪ -‬ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ ﺗﻬﺩﻑ ﺇﻟﻰ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺣﻔﺎﻅ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﺭﺍﺙ‪ ،‬ﻭﺗﻌﺯﻳﺯ ﻣﻛﺎﻧﺗﻪ ﻟﺩﻯ ﺍﻷﻁﻔﺎﻝ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺳﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺑﻛﺭﺓ‪ ،‬ﻭﻗﺎﻟﺕ‪" :‬ﺍﻟﻘﺭﻯ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻫﺟﺭﻧﺎ‬
‫ﻣﻧﻬﺎ ﻭﻧﺣﻥ ﺻﻐﺎﺭ ﻧﺭﻳﺩ ﺃﻥ ﻧﺟﺳﺩﻫﺎ ﻷﺑﻧﺎﺋﻧﺎ ﻭﻫﻡ ﺻﻐﺎﺭ"‪ ،‬ﻭﺑﻳﻧﺕ ﺍﻷﺳﺗﺎﺫﺓ ﺍﻟﺷﺭﻓﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺁﻣﺎﻝ ﺍﻻﺣﺗﻼﻝ‬

‫ﺑﺩﻭﺭﻩ‪ ،‬ﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﻷﺳﺗﺎﺫ ﻣﺣﻣﺩ ﺻﻳﺎﻡ‪ -‬ﻣﺩﻳﺭ ﺍﻷﻧﺷﻁﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺗﺭﺑﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻌﻠﻳﻡ‪ -‬ﺣﻳﻥ ﺩﺧﻠﺕ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﻣﻛﺎﻥ‬

‫ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻫﺭﺓ )ﺭﻭﻳﺗﺭﺯ( ‪ -‬ﺑﺷﻲء ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺭﻫﺎﻓﺔ ﻳﺭﺻﺩ ﺍﻟﻛﺎﺗﺏ ﺍﻟﺳﻭﺭﻱ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﺭﺱ ﺍﻟﺫﻫﺑﻲ ﻣﻧﺣﻧﻰ ﺍﻟﺛﻭﺭﺍﺕ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻌﺳﻛﺭﻳﺔ ﻭﻣﺻﺎﺋﺭ "ﺍﻟﺛﻭﺍﺭ" ﺍﻟﺫﻳﻥ ﻳﺣﻭﻟﻭﻥ ﺑﻼﺩﻫﻡ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺳﺟﻥ ﻛﺑﻳﺭ ﻭﻳﺻﺑﺣﻭﻥ ﺑﺩﻋﻭﻯ ﺍﻟﺣﻔﺎﻅ ﻋﻠﻰ‬

‫ﻭﺗﻌﺎﻟﺞ ﻣﺳﺭﺣﻳﺗﻪ )ﺯﻓﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺳﻭﺭﻱ ﺍﻷﺧﻳﺭﺓ( ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﻳﻥ ﺟﻳﻠﻳﻥ ﺃﺣﺩﻫﻣﺎ ﻳﻣﺛﻠﻪ ﺟﻧﺭﺍﻝ ﻋﺭﺍﻗﻲ ﻣﻬﺯﻭﻡ‬
‫ﻳﻬﺭﺏ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺳﻭﺭﻳﺎ ﻋﻘﺏ ﺍﺣﺗﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﻌﺭﺍﻕ ﻋﺎﻡ ‪ 2003‬ﻭﺟﻳﻝ ﺷﺎﺏ ﻳﺅﻣﻥ ﺑﺣﺭﻳﺗﻪ ﻭﻳﻧﺗﺯﻋﻬﺎ ﻭﻳﺭﻯ ﺃﻥ‬
‫ﺍﻧﻬﻳﺎﺭ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺩﻛﺗﺎﺗﻭﺭ ﻳﺑﺩﺃ ﻗﺑﻝ ﻭﺻﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﻐﺯﺍﺓ ﺣﻳﻥ ﻳﺗﺣﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﺷﻌﺏ ‪-‬ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻗﺎﻣﺕ ﺍﻟﺛﻭﺭﺓ ﻣﻥ ﺃﺟﻠﻪ‪ -‬ﺇﻟﻰ‬
‫ﺟﺭﺫﺍﻥ ﻭﺧﻭﻧﺔ ﻭﻋﻣﻼء ﻭﺟﻭﺍﺳﻳﺱ ﻭﻓﻲ ﺃﺣﺳﻥ ﺍﻷﺣﻭﺍﻝ ﻫﻡ ﻣﺟﺭﺩ ﻗﻁﻳﻊ ﻻ ﻳﺳﺗﺣﻕ ﺇﻻ ﺍﻹﻫﺎﻧﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺟﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﺣﺭﻳﺔ ﻳﻣﺛﻠﻪ ﺍﻷﺧﻭﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﺟﺎﻣﻌﻳﺎﻥ "ﻛﻣﺎﻝ" ﻭ"ﺭﻳﻣﺎ" ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺭﻓﺽ ﺍﻻﺣﺗﻼﻝ ﺍﻷﺟﻧﺑﻲ ﺑﺎﻟﻁﺑﻊ‬
‫ﻭﻟﻛﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﺅﻣﻥ ﺑﻛﺭﺍﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﺷﻌﺏ ﻭﺃﻧﻪ "ﻻ ﻳﻭﺟﺩ ﺷﻲء ﻓﻲ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻡ ﻳﺑﺭﺭ ﻷﺣﺩ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺩﻭﺱ ﺃﺣﺩﺍ ﻣﻥ ﺃﺟﻝ‬
‫ﻗﺿﻳﺔ" ﻭﺃﻥ ﺍﻹﻧﺳﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻳﻔﻘﺩ ﻛﺭﺍﻣﺗﻪ ﺃﻭ ﻳﻌﺫﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﺟﻼﺩﻭﻥ ﺣﺗﻰ ﻳﻔﻘﺩ ﺇﺣﺳﺎﺳﻪ ﺑﺈﻧﺳﺎﻧﻳﺗﻪ ﻻ ﻳﺻﻠﺢ‬
‫ﻟﻠﺩﻓﺎﻉ ﻋﻥ ﻗﺿﻳﺔ ﻭﻟﻭ ﻛﺎﻧﺕ ﻋﺎﺩﻟﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﻣﺳﺭﺣﻳﺔ )ﺯﻓﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺳﻭﺭﻱ ﺍﻷﺧﻳﺭﺓ( ﻳﻬﺩﻳﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺫﻫﺑﻲ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﺅﺳﺱ ﺣﺯﺏ ﺍﻟﺑﻌﺙ ﻣﻳﺷﻳﻝ ﻋﻔﻠﻕ )‪-1910‬‬

‫ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﺻﻣﻡ ﻏﻼﻓﻪ ﺣﺎﺗﻡ ﺳﻠﻳﻣﺎﻥ ﻳﺿﻡ ﻧﺻﺎ ﻣﺳﺭﺣﻳﺎ ﺁﺧﺭ ﻋﻧﻭﺍﻧﻪ )ﺻﻬﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﺣﺻﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻲ(‬
‫ﻭﻫﻭ ﻣﻭﻧﻭﺩﺭﺍﻣﺎ ﻋﻥ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﻕ ﺍﻟﺗﺎﺭﻳﺧﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﻧﻔﺳﻲ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻳﺟﻌﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻁﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺩﻱ ﺟﻼﺩﺍ‪ .‬ﻭﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﻧﺹ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﻗﺻﻑ ﻣﺩﻳﻧﺔ ﺣﻣﺹ ﺃﺛﻧﺎء ﺗﻐﻁﻳﺗﻬﻣﺎ ﻟﻼﻧﺗﻔﺎﺿﺔ ﺍﻟﺳﻭﺭﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺍﻧﺩﻟﻌﺕ ﻗﺑﻝ ‪ 27‬ﺷﻬﺭﺍ ﺑﻬﺩﻑ ﺇﺳﻘﺎﻁ‬
‫ﺣﻛﻡ ﺍﻟﺭﺋﻳﺱ ﺍﻟﺳﻭﺭﻱ ﺑﺷﺎﺭ ﺍﻷﺳﺩ‪.‬‬
‫ﻭﺗﺑﺩﺃ ﻣﺳﺭﺣﻳﺔ )ﺯﻓﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺳﻭﺭﻱ ﺍﻷﺧﻳﺭﺓ( ﺑﻬﺭﻭﺏ ﺍﻟﺟﻧﺭﺍﻝ ﺳﻌﺩﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﺑﻐﺩﺍﺩﻱ ﺑﻌﺩ ﺍﻻﺣﺗﻼﻝ ﺍﻷﻣﺭﻳﻛﻲ‬
‫ﻟﻠﻌﺭﺍﻕ ﻭﻟﺟﻭﺋﻪ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﺳﺭﺓ ﺻﺩﻳﻘﻪ ﺍﻟﺭﺍﺣﻝ ﺃﺑﻭ ﻛﻣﺎﻝ ﻓﻲ ﺩﻣﺷﻕ ﻭﻳﺟﺩ ﺗﺭﺣﻳﺑﺎ ﻣﻥ ﺃﺭﻣﻠﺔ ﺻﺩﻳﻘﻪ ﻭﻣﻥ‬
‫ﺍﺑﻧﻪ ﻛﻣﺎﻝ ﺑﺎﻋﺗﺑﺎﺭﻩ ﺑﻁﻼ‪ .‬ﺃﻣﺎ ﺭﻳﻣﺎ ﺷﻘﻳﻘﺔ ﻛﻣﺎﻝ ﻓﻼ ﺗﺑﺩﻱ ﺍﺭﺗﻳﺎﺣﺎ ﻟﻪ ﺇﺫ ﺗﻼﺣﻅ ﻓﺿﻭﻟﻪ ﻭﻣﻣﺎﺭﺳﺗﻪ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺗﻠﺻﺹ ﻋﻠﻳﻬﻡ ﻛﻣﺎ ﻳﺣﺎﻭﻝ ﻓﺭﺽ ﺁﺭﺍﺋﻪ ﺍﻟﻘﻣﻌﻳﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻓﺭﺍﺩ ﺍﻷﺳﺭﺓ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺑﺩﺍﻳﺔ ﻳﻘﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﺟﻧﺭﺍﻝ ﺇﻥ "ﺍﻟﺭﺋﻳﺱ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺎﺩﺓ ﻳﻘﻭﺩﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﺣﺭﺏ ﺍﻟﻣﻘﺩﺳﺔ ﺿﺩ ﺍﻟﺻﻠﻳﺑﻳﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﺟﺩﺩ"‬

‫ﻓﻌﻠﻰ ﻋﻛﺱ ﻛﻣﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻳﻌﺗﺑﺭ ﺍﻟﺟﻧﺭﺍﻝ ﺿﺣﻳﺔ ﻻ ﺗﺗﺭﺩﺩ ﺭﻳﻣﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﺑﻳﻪ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺧﻁﻭﺭﺓ ﺇﻳﻭﺍء ﻣﺟﺭﻡ‬

‫ﺍﻟﻭﺣﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺧﻠﻳﺔ‪ ,‬ﻭﺇﻥ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺧﺷﺑﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺭﺡ ﻓﻘﻁ‪ ,‬ﻣﻥ ﺧﻼﻝ ﻋﻣﻝ ﺣﻣﻝ ﻋﻧﻭﺍﻥ "ﺍﻟﺿﻭء‬
‫ﺍﻷﺳﻭﺩ ‪".‬‬

‫ﻭﻗﺩﻣﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺭﺣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺍﺳﺗﻣﺭﺕ ﻧﺣﻭ ﺳﺎﻋﺗﻳﻥ ﻓﻲ ﻗﺻﺭ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﺑﺭﺍﻡ ﷲ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺿﻔﺔ ﺍﻟﻐﺭﺑﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﺳﺗﻌﻣﻝ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻣﻣﺛﻠﻭﻥ ﻣﺟﺳﻣﻳﻥ ﻋﻣﻼﻗﻳﻥ ﻣﻧﻔﺻﻠﻳﻥ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺑﻼﺳﺗﻳﻙ‪ ،‬ﻓﻲ ﺇﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺍﻻﻧﻔﺻﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﺋﻡ ﺑﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﺿﻔﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻐﺭﺑﻳﺔ ﻭﻏﺯﺓ‪ .‬ﻭﺑﺩﺃ ﺍﻟﻣﻣﺛﻠﻭﻥ ﻣﻥ ﺩﺍﺧﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺟﺳﻣﻳﻥ ﺍﻻﻗﺗﺭﺍﺏ ﺷﻳﺋﺎ ً ﻓﺷﻳﺋﺎ ً‪ ,‬ﻋﻠﻰ ﺇﻳﻘﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺳﻳﻘﻰ‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﻐﻧﺎء‪ ,‬ﺣﺗﻰ ﺃﺻﺑﺢ ﺍﻟﺟﺯﺁﻥ ﻣﺟﺳﻣﺎ ً ﻭﺍﺣﺩﺍً‪ .‬ﻭﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺕ‪ ،‬ﺫﺍﺗﻪ ﺟﻣﻊ ﻣﻣﺛﻠﻭﻥ ﺁﺧﺭﻭﻥ ﺭﺍﻳﺎﺕ ﻣﺧﺗﻠﻔﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻻﻟﻭﺍﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺭﺍﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﺣﺩﺓ‪ ,‬ﻓﻲ ﺍﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺭﻏﺑﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻭﺣﺩﺓ ﻏﺯﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺿﻔﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﺻﺎﺋﻝ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻳﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﻭﻗﻑ ﺍﻟﺟﻣﻬﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻏﺻﺕ ﺑﻪ ﻗﺎﻋﺔ ﻗﺻﺭ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻋﻧﺩ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﻬﺩ ﺍﻻﺧﻳﺭ‪ ,‬ﻭﺃﺧﺫ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺻﻔﻳﻕ ﺍﻟﺣﺎﺩ‬
‫ﺗﺄﻛﻳﺩﺍً ﻣﻧﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺭﺳﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺣﻣﻠﺗﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺭﺣﻳﺔ ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺟﺳﺩ ‪ 25‬ﻣﻣﺛﻼً‪ ,‬ﺑﻳﻧﻬﻡ ‪ 4‬ﺍﻁﻔﺎﻝ‪ ,‬ﻣﻥ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺃﺩﺍء ﺻﺎﻣﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻐﺎﻟﺏ‪ ,‬ﺭﺍﻓﻘﺗﻪ ﻣﻭﺳﻳﻘﻰ ﻭﺃﻏﺎﻥ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ‬
‫ﻭﺻﻭﺭ ﻣﺗﺣﺭﻛﺔ‪ ,‬ﺣﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻳﻳﻥ ﻓﻲ ﻗﻁﺎﻉ ﻏﺯﺓ‪ ,‬ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺣﺻﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺍﻻﻗﺗﺗﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺧﻠﻲ ﻭﺻﻭﻻً ﺍﻟﻰ‬
‫ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﺷﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻳﻌﻳﺷﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻳﻭﻥ ﻧﺗﻳﺟﺔ ﺍﻟﺩﻣﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﺧﻠﻔﺗﻪ ﺍﻟﺣﺭﺏ ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﻛﺎﺗﺏ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﻧﺎﺭﻳﻭ ﻭﻣﺧﺭﺝ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺭﺣﻲ ﻓﺗﺣﻲ ﻋﺑﺩﺍﻟﺭﺣﻣﻥ "ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺭﺣﻲ ﺻﺭﺧﺔ ﺿﺩ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻘﺗﻝ ﻟﻣﺟﺎﻧﻲ ﻭﺻﺭﺧﺔ ﻣﻥ ﺍﺟﻝ ﺍﻟﻭﺣﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻳﺔ"‪ .‬ﻭﺃﺿﺎﻑ "ﻫﻧﺎﻙ ﻭﺳﺎﺋﻝ ﻛﺛﻳﺭﺓ ﻻﻳﺻﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻔﻛﺭﺓ‪,‬‬
‫ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺃﻥ ﻣﻁﻠﺏ ﺍﻟﻭﺣﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺩﺍﺧﻝ ﻛﻝ ﻓﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻲ‪ ,‬ﻭﻳﺗﻡ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﺑﻳﺭ ﻋﻧﻪ ﺑﻁﺭﻕ ﻣﺧﺗﻠﻔﺔ‪".‬‬

‫ﻭﻛﺗﺏ ﻣﺅﻟﻑ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺭﺣﻳﺔ ﻭﻣﺧﺭﺟﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻘﺩﻳﻣﻪ ﻟﻠﻣﺳﺭﺣﻳﺔ ﺃﻥ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺗﺟﺭﺑﺔ ﺟﺎءﺕ "ﻛﻲ ﻻ ﻧﻧﺳﻰ ﻭﻻ‬
‫ﻧﻐﻔﺭ‪ ,‬ﻛﻲ ﻧﺟﻌﻝ ﻟﻭﺟﻭﺩﻧﺎ ﻣﻌﻧﻰ ﻭﺩﻭﺭﺍً‪ ,‬ﻛﻲ ﺗﺳﺎﻋﺩﻧﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺧﺭﻭﺝ ﻣﻥ ﻋﺗﻣﺔ ﺍﻻﺣﺑﺎﻁ ﻭﺍﻟﻳﺄﺱ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺍﻣﻝ‬
‫ﻳﻭﺣﺩﻧﺎ ﻭﻳﻘﻭﻳﻧﺎ ﻭﻳﻧﻳﺭ ﺃﺭﻭﺍﺣﻧﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﺻﻣﻭﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﻭﺣﺩﺓ ‪".‬‬

‫ﻣﻥ ﺟﺎﻧﺑﻬﺎ ﻗﺎﻟﺕ ﻣﻳﺳﺎ ﻋﺯ‪ ,‬ﺍﺣﺩﻯ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺗﻣﺛﻳﻝ‪ ,‬ﻋﻘﺏ ﺍﻧﺗﻬﺎء ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺭﺣﻳﺔ "ﺃﻋﺗﻘﺩ ﺃﻥ ﻣﺩﻯ‬
‫ﺗﻔﺎﻋﻝ ﺍﻟﺟﻣﻬﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﻛﺑﻳﺭ ﻣﻌﻧﺎ ﺍﻟﻳﻭﻡ‪ ,‬ﺍﻧﻣﺎ ﻫﻭ ﺩﻻﻟﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻧﻧﺎ ﻧﺟﺣﻧﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺗﺟﺳﻳﺩ ﺷﻬﺭﻳﻥ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﺗﺩﺭﻳﺏ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻭﺍﺻﻝ ﻟﻧﻧﺟﺢ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻳﺻﺎﻝ ﺭﺳﺎﻟﺗﻧﺎ"‪ .‬ﻭﺃﺿﺎﻓﺕ "ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺭﺣﻳﺔ ﺭﺳﺎﻟﺔ ﻭﺻﺭﺧﺔ ﻻﻟﺗﺋﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺟﺭﺡ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻲ‪ ,‬ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻭﺳﻌﺗﻪ ﺍﻟﺧﻼﻓﺎﺕ ‪".‬‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﻭﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺭﺣﻲ ﻫﻡ ﺍﻋﺿﺎء ﻓﺭﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺭﺡ ﺍﻟﺷﻌﺑﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻲ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺄﺳﺳﺕ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﻡ‬

‫ﻭﺗﻔﺎﻋﻝ ﺍﻟﺟﻣﻬﻭﺭ ﻣﻊ ﻣﺷﻬﺩ ﺁﺧﺭ ﺟﺳﺩﻩ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺭﺣﻳﻭﻥ ﻋﻥ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻼﺟﺋﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻳﻳﻥ ﻓﻲ ﻏﺯﺓ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫﻡ‬
‫ﻳﺗﻭﺍﻓﺩﻭﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺭﺍﻛﺯ ﺗﻭﺯﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺎﻋﺩﺍﺕ ﻋﻘﺏ ﺍﻟﺩﻣﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﺣﻝ ﻓﻲ ﻏﺯﺓ‪ .‬ﻭﺭﺍﻓﻘﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﻬﺩ ﺃﻏﺎﻥ ﻣﻥ‬
‫ﻛﻠﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺷﺎﻋﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻲ ﺍﺣﻣﺩ ﺩﺣﺑﻭﺭ ﻭﻣﻭﺳﻳﻘﻰ ﻭﻟﻳﺩ ﺍﻟﻬﺷﻳﻡ‪ ,‬ﻭﺗﻘﻭﻝ ﻛﻠﻣﺎﺕ ﺇﺣﺩﻯ ﺍﻷﻏﺎﻧﻲ‬
‫"ﻋﺎﻟﺑﻛﺟﺔ ﺻﺭﻧﺎ ﻓﺭﺟﺔ ﻭﻓﺿﻳﺣﺔ ﻭﻋﻠﻳﻬﺎ ﺷﻬﻭﺩ )‪ (..‬ﺻﺭﻧﺎ ﻧﻘﺭﺃ ﻭﻧﺗﻬﺟﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺑﻛﺟﺔ ﺷﻭ ﻣﻛﺗﻭﺏ"‪،‬‬

‫ﻭﺍﺧﺗﺎﺭ ﻛﺎﺗﺏ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﻧﺎﺭﻳﻭ "ﺍﻟﺿﻭء ﺍﻻﺳﻭﺩ" ﻋﻧﻭﺍﻧﺎ ً ﻟﻌﻣﻠﻪ‪ ,‬ﻓﻲ ﺇﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺇﻥ ﺍﻟﺿﻭء ﺍﻷﺳﻭﺩ "ﻗﺭﻳﻧﺎ‬
‫ﻟﻠﻣﻭﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻬﻼﻙ"‪ .‬ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺅﻟﻑ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻘﺩﻳﻣﻪ ﻟﻠﻣﺳﺭﺣﻳﺔ "ﺍﻟﺿﻭء ﺍﻻﺳﻭﺩ ﻻ ﻳﻛﻭﻥ ﺍﺳﻭﺩ ﺇﻻ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻣﻥ‬
‫ﺻﻧﻊ ﻣﻥ ﺿﺭﺑﺕ ﻗﻠﻭﺑﻬﻡ ﻭﺗﻌﻔﻧﺕ ﻋﻘﻭﻟﻬﻡ"‪ .‬ﻭﻳﻅﻬﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺭﺣﻳﻭﻥ ﻓﻲ ﻋﻣﻠﻬﻡ ﻣﺷﻬﺩﺍً ﻟﻠﺿﻭء ﺍﻵﺧﺭ‬

‫ﺗﻘﻝ ﺃﺳﺭﺓ ﺑﺄﻛﻣﻠﻬﺎ ﺗﺳﻳﺭ ﻓﻲ ﺍﺗﺟﺎﻩ ﻣﻌﺎﻛﺱ ﻟﺳﻳﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻣﺎﺟﻧﻭﻡ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻳﺳﺗﻘﻠﻬﺎ ﺃﺣﺩ ﻗﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻣﻘﺎﻭﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﻬﺩﻓﻳﻥ‬
‫ﻭ ﻣﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻗﺗﺭﺑﺗﺎ ﻣﻥ ﺑﻌﺿﻬﻣﺎ ﺣﺗﻰ ﺗﻁﺎﻳﺭﺕ ﺍﻷﺷﻼء ﻭ ﺍﺳﺗﻣﺭﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺭﺗﺎﻥ ﺗﺳﻳﺭﺍﻥ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺗﻭﻗﻑ ﺑﻔﻌﻝ‬

‫ﻣﺑﺎﺷﺭﺓ ﺳﻳﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺟﻳﺏ ﻧﻅﺭﺕ ﻓﻭﺟﺩﺕ ﺳﻳﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺧﺭﻯ ﺗﺳﻳﺭ ﻭ ﺗﺳﻳﻝ ﻣﻧﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺩﻣﺎء ﻭ ﺗﺻﺩﺭ ﻋﻧﻬﺎ ﺻﻭﺕ‬

‫ﻭ ﻳﺗﺎﺑﻊ‪ :‬ﺗﺩﺍﻓﻌﺕ ﻣﻊ ﺑﻌﺽ ﺍﻟﺷﺑﺎﻥ ﻓﺭﺃﻳﻧﺎ ﻣﺷﺎﻫﺩ ﻣﺭﻭﻋﺔ ﺣﻳﺙ ﺃﻁﻔﺎﻝ ﻭ ﻧﺳﺎء ﻣﺎ ﺑﻳﻥ ﺷﻬﺩﺍء ﻭ ﺟﺭﺣﻰ‬
‫ﻭ ﻗﺩ ﺍﺭﺗﻣﻭﺍ ﻓﻲ ﺃﺣﺿﺎﻥ ﺑﻌﺿﻬﻡ‪..‬ﺇﻧﻪ ﻣﻧﻅﺭ ﻻ ﻳﻣﻛﻥ ﺍﺣﺗﻣﺎﻟﻪ‪..!".‬‬

‫ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺧﺎﻟﺩ ﺭﺍﺿﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﺣﺩﺙ ﺑﺎﺳﻡ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﺗﺻﺎﻝ ﻫﺎﺗﻔﻲ ﻣﻊ ﻭﻛﺎﻟﺔ ﺃﻧﺑﺎء ﺭﺍﻣﺗﺎﻥ‪:‬‬
‫ﺇﻥ ﻣﻥ ﺑﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﺷﻬﺩﺍء ﺍﻷﺭﺑﻌﺔ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ ﻣﻥ ﻋﺎﺋﻠﺔ ﻭﺍﺣﺩﺓ ﻭﻫﻡ ﻁﻔﻝ ﻭﺃﻣﻪ ﻭﺟﺩﺗﻪ ﻛﺎﻧﻭﺍ ﻓﻲ ﺳﻳﺎﺭﺓ ﻛﺎﻧﺕ ﺗﺳﻳﺭ‬

‫ﻭﺳﺎﺩﺕ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻐﺿﺏ ﻭﺍﻻﺳﺗﻳﺎء ﺻﻔﻭﻑ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻁﻧﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﺫﻳﻥ ﺗﺟﻣﻬﺭﻭﺍ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻻﻏﺗﻳﺎﻝ ﻭ ﻓﻲ‬
‫ﺳﺎﺣﺔ ﻣﺷﻔﻰ ﺍﻟﺷﻔﺎء ﺑﻐﺯﺓ ﻣﻧﺩﺩﻳﻥ ﺑﺎﻟﺟﺭﻳﻣﺔ ﺍﻹﺳﺭﺍﺋﻳﻠﻳﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺃﺑﻭ ﺃﺣﻣﺩ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻳﺑﻠﻎ ﺧﻣﺳﻳﻥ ﻋﺎﻣﺎ‪ " :‬ﻫﺫﺍ ﻗﺩﺭﻧﺎ ﻭ ﻣﻧﺫ ﻳﻭﻣﻳﻥ ﻭ ﻧﺣﻥ ﻧﺗﻭﻗﻊ ﺷﻳﺋﺎ ﻣﻥ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﻘﺑﻳﻝ‬
‫ﻷﻥ ﺍﻟﻁﺎﺋﺭﺓ ﺗﺣﺭﻣﻧﺎ ﻣﻥ ﻣﺗﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﺍﻷﺧﺑﺎﺭ ﺑﺳﺑﺏ ﺗﺷﻭﻳﺷﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﻗﻣﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺻﻧﺎﻋﻳﺔ ﺑﺻﻭﺭﺓ ﻛﺑﻳﺭﺓ‪".‬‬

‫ﻭ ﺑﺩﺍ ﺍﻟﺗﺄﺛﺭ ﺍﻟﺷﺩﻳﺩ ﻋﻠﻳﻪ ﺑﻌﺩ ﺃﻥ ﺷﺎﻫﺩ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻛﺎﻧﺕ ﺗﻘﻝ ﺍﻟﻁﻔﻝ ﻣﻬﻧﺩ ﻭ ﺃﻣﻪ ﻭ ﺟﺩﺗﻪ ﻭ ﻋﺎﺋﻠﺗﻪ ﻭ‬
‫ﻗﺎﻝ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺩﻣﻌﺔ ﺗﺣﺗﺑﺱ ﺑﺎﻟﻛﺎﺩ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻘﻠﺗﻳﻪ‪ " :‬ﻣﺎ ﺫﻧﺏ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﻁﻔﻝ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻟﻡ ﻳﺭ ﺷﻲء ﺑﻌﺩ ﻣﻥ ﻁﻔﻭﻟﺗﻪ ﻭ ﻣﺎ‬
‫ﺫﻧﺏ ﺍﻟﻧﺳﺎء ﻭ ﻣﺎ ﺫﻧﺑﻧﺎ ﺟﻣﻳﻌﺎ ﺃﺑﻧﺎء ﺍﻟﺷﻌﺏ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺳﻁﻳﻧﻲ‪".‬‬

‫ﺗﻠﻘﺕ ﺃﺳﻣﺎء "‪ 20‬ﻋﺎﻣﺎ" ﺩﻋﻭﺓ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﻟﺣﺿﻭﺭ ﺣﻔﻝ ﺗﻛﺭﻳﻡ ﻷﻫﺎﻟﻲ ﺍﻷﺳﺭﻯ ﻓﻲ ﺳﺟﻭﻥ ﺍﻻﺣﺗﻼﻝ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺻﻬﻳﻭﻧﻲ‪ ،‬ﻗﺭﺃﺕ ﺑﻁﺎﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﺩﻋﻭﺓ ﺩﻣﻌﺕ ﻋﻳﻧﺎﻫﺎ‪ ،‬ﺗﺫﻛﺭﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺩﻫﺎ "ﺑﺳﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﻛﺭﺩ" ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﺩﺧﻝ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ ‪20‬‬
‫ﻓﻲ ﻏﻳﺎﻫﺏ ﺍﻟﺳﺟﻭﻥ‪ ،‬ﻭﻛﻳﻑ ﻻ ﺗﺩﻣﻊ ﻭﻫﻲ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻟﻡ ﺗﺭﻩ ﻁﻭﺍﻝ ﺗﻠﻙ ﺍﻟﺳﻧﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﺻﻳﺑﺔ‪ ،‬ﺑﻝ ﻭﻗﺩ ﻓﺎﺭﻗﻬﺎ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﻳﻭﻡ ﺍﻟﺣﻔﻝ ﺍﻟﺗﻛﺭﻳﻣﻲ ﻷﻫﺎﻟﻲ ﺍﻷﺳﺭﻯ‪ ،‬ﺟﻠﺳﺕ ﺃﺳﻣﺎء ﻓﻲ ﺃﺣﺩ ﺍﻟﻣﻘﺎﻋﺩ‪ ،‬ﺗﻧﺗﻅﺭ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻘﺩﻡ ﻋﺭﻳﻑ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺣﻔﻝ ﻛﻠﻣﺔ ﺃﺑﻧﺎء ﺍﻷﺳﺭﻯ‪ ،‬ﻷﻧﻬﺎ ﺍﻋﺗﺎﺩﺕ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺗﻛﻠﻡ ﺑﺎﺳﻡ ﺃﺑﻧﺎء ﺍﻷﺳﺭﻯ ﻓﻲ ﻏﺯﺓ‪ ،‬ﻭﺗﻡ ﻣﻧﺣﻬﺎ ﻟﻘﺏ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻧﺎﻁﻘﺔ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻣﻳﺔ ﺑﺎﺳﻡ ﺃﺑﻧﺎء ﺍﻷﺳﺭﻯ ﻓﻲ ﻏﺯﺓ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺑﻳﻧﻣﺎ ﻛﺎﻧﺕ ﺃﺳﻣﺎء ﺗﺣﻠﻕ ﺑﻔﻛﺭﻫﺎ ﺑﻌﻳﺩﺍً ﻧﺣﻭ ﺍﻟﺣﺭﻳﺔ ﻭﻋﻭﺩﺓ ﺃﺑﻳﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﺳﻣﻌﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻘﺩﻡ ﻳﻘﻭﻝ‪ ..‬ﺃﻣﺎ ﺍﻵﻥ ﻣﻊ‬

‫ﺑﺧﻁﻭﺍﺕ ﺗﻌﺗﺭﻳﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺟﺭﺃﺓ ﺗﻘﺩﻣﺕ ﺃﺳﻣﺎء‪ ،‬ﺃﻣﺳﻛﺕ ﺑﺎﻟﻣﺎﻳﻛﺭﻭﻓﻭﻥ‪ ،‬ﻭﺻﺭﺧﺕ ﺑﻣﻝء ﻓﻳﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﺃﺑﻲ ‪ ..‬ﻋﺩ َ‬
‫ﻳﺎ ﺃﺑﻲ ‪ ..‬ﻓﺄﻧﺎ ﻟﻡ ﺃﺭﻙ ﻣﻧﺫ ﺳﻧﻳﻥ‪ ،‬ﻋﺩ ﺇﻟﻲ ﻳﺎ ﺃﺑﻲ ﻓﻌﻳﻧﺎﻱ ﻟﻡ ﺗﻬﺩءﺍ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺑﻛﺎء ﻭﺍﻷﻧﻳﻥ‪ ،‬ﻋﺩ ﺇﻟﻲ ﺃﺑﺗﺎﻩ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻐﺎﻟﻲ ﻓﻘﻠﺑﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺗﺎﻕ ﻳﺩﻓﻕ ﺩﻣﺎ ً ﺑﻌﺑﺎﺭﺓ ﻣﻛﺗﻭﺏ ﻋﻠﻳﻬﺎ ﺍﺳﻣﻙ ﺑﺳﻳﻡ‪.‬‬

‫ﻛﻧﺕ ﻭﺃﻧﺎ ﻁﻔﻠﺔ ﺻﻐﻳﺭﺓ ﺃﺳﺄﻝ ﺃﻣﻲ ﻣﺗﻰ ﺳﻳﻌﻭﺩ ﺃﺑﻲ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻅﺎﻟﻣﻭﻥ‪ ،‬ﻣﺎﺫﺍ ﻓﻌﻠﺗﻡ ﺑﻲ‪ ،‬ﺣﻁﻣﺗﻡ ﻗﻠﺑﻲ ﺍﻟﺻﻐﻳﺭ‪ُ ...‬‬

‫ﻋﻭﺩﺗﻙ ﻣﻥ ﺑﻌﻳﺩ ‪ ..‬ﻟﺗﻌﻳﺩ ﻟﻧﺎ ﺍﻟﺑﺳﻣﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﺭﺣﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻗﻠﻭﺑﻧﺎ ‪ ..‬ﻓﺎﻟﺑﻳﺕ ﻻ ﻳﺳﺎﻭﻱ ﺷﻲء ‪ ..‬ﻻ ﻳﺳﺎﻭﻱ ﺷﻲء‬
