On completion this course to provide basic knowledge of Maintenance management concepts and safety
in industrial system.

Establishing a Maintenance Plan - Preliminary considerations, Systematic method of Maintenance Plan
and schedule planning and schedule of Plant shut downs

MAINTENANCE LOGISTICS
Preventive, operating and shutdown maintenance; Condition based maintenance and condition
monitoring –Resource requirements: Optimal size of service facility – Optimal repair effort –– Spares
control.
OVERVIEW OF SAFETY
