Andhra Loyola Institute of Engineering & Technology strives for excellence and furnishes the needs
of aspiring students by providing guidance for various competitive examinations. The college
organizes fruitful sessions for the students by the in house trainers from ‘Training and Placement
Cell’ (T&P Cell) in Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and English for Employability. In
addition to this, the T&P Cell invited experts from Mahindra Nandi Foundation, Princeton
Review and ACE Engineering Academy to enable the students on Competitive examinations in the
academic year 17-18 and 16-17 respectively. Students are provided with abundant volumes of latest
books on competitive exams in the College library. Students are given access to the digital library to
avail Open Educational Resources. These things facilitate the students to improve their competency.

Career Counselling
ALIET started imparting Career counselling to II &III B. Tech students from the year 2017-18. The
In-house trainers of Training and placement cell took sessions to bring awareness among the students
on various career options available in the industry. These targeted students are determined to choose
the suitable career after the completion of their graduation. The T&P Cell trainers focus on benefits
of career planning, guidelines for choosing a career, tips for successful career planning etc. In
addition to this the cell organized career counselling sessions to the final year students in the
academic year 2016-17 & 18-19 which help the students in identifying their abilities and areas of
interest to set their future path.
