Introduction
The Player Informational Display (PID) is an optional component for the G3 and G4 Organic
families of gaming devices. It offers the player a thorough overview of statistical information
about the game currently in progress on the gaming device.

Red/Black/Green
Number of times and percentages of Red/Black/Green numbers that came out in the last <no. of
games>. “Green” means [0] on a single-zero wheel and [0 and 00] on a double-zero wheel.
Example:
• 199 Red numbers came out = 50% of 400 games
• 9 Green numbers came out = 2% of 400 games
• 192 Black numbers came out = 48% of 400 games

Even/Odd/Zero
Number of times and percentages of Even/Odd/Zero numbers that came out in the last <no. of
games>.
Example:
• 171 Even numbers came out = 43% of 400 games
• 9 “Zero” numbers came out = 2% of 400 games
• 220 Odd numbers came out = 55% of 400 games
Low/High/Zero
Number of times and percentages of Low/High/Zero numbers that came out in the last <no. of
games>.
Example:
• 200 Low numbers came out = 50% of 400 games
• 9 “Zero” numbers came out = 2% of 400 games
• 191 High numbers came out = 48% of 400 games
Dozens
Number of times and percentages of numbers from the 1st/2nd/3rd Dozen that came out in the last

Number of times and percentages of numbers from the 1st/2nd/3rd Column that came out in the
last <no. of games>.
Example:
• 172 numbers from the 1st Column came out = 32% of 400 games
• 136 numbers from the 2nd Column came out = 34% of 400 games
• 128 numbers from the 3rd Column came out = 32% of 400 games
Vertical display: Display of the last 38 winning numbers, grouped in 4 columns. The top column is
magnified and contains the last 14 winning numbers, sorted by colors: black on the left, green in
the middle, and red on the right. The latest winning number is the biggest one on top.
Horizontal display: Display of the last 42 winning numbers, grouped in 4 rows. The left most row
is magnified and contains the last 1 5 winning numbers, sorted by colors: red on top , green in the
middle, and black at the bottom. The latest winning number is the biggest one on the left.

Polar distribution
This graph is a visual representation of the number of occurrences each number on the wheel
came out in the last <no. of games>. Each bar starts from the center and grows outwards towards
its associated number on the wheel. The higher the number of occurrences, the longer the bar.
Linear distribution
This graph is a visual representation of the number of occurrences each number on the wheel
came out in the last <no. of games>. Numbers with the highest number of occurrences are
displayed on the left side of the chart. The higher the number of occurrences, the longer the bar.

Software Settings
To change the settings for PID an USB keyboard must be connected to the PID computer.
Settings can be changed with the PID program PidDisplay.exe in directory “D:\Data\”.
Open configuration program with the setting [-s]: PidDisplay.exe -s
Program starts in configuration mode. Select menu “File/Open ini file”, select file PidParam.ini
and click “Open”.
Note: save changes to the file PidParam.ini in order to apply changes in PID configuration.
If PID program is already started, configuration mode can be accessed by pressing function key F8
on the keyboard, which is connected to the PID computer.
Note: save changes to the file PidParam.ini and restart PID program in order to apply changes in
PID configuration.

Screensaver Settings
The screensaver feature gives casino operators an opportunity to display full-screen images of
their choice (commercials, promotions, events) on the PID. The screensaver appears between
games, and the time the images stay on screen can be configured. In addition to providing a
display for media content, it also saves the LCD display from screen burn-in.

Presets Settings
Presets tab is used for selecting pre-set values for specific type of PID display.
Application of pre-set values:
• Select graphical skin which is displayed on PID,
• Select available Live Video device,
• Press “Load presets” button.

Player Information Display receive information about game status from Center unit (RNG).
PID and Center unit could be connected in two different ways:
• Connection via Serial Port
• Connection via TCP/IP
G4Settings.exe (Center.ini)
• Hardware tab: PID enabled = [True]
• PID Display tab: Communication type = [Set communication type]
• PID Display tab: Serial port nr. for PID = [Set port number (when Communication type is Serial
Port)]
• PID Display tab: Number of PIDs connected to Center = [maximum number of connected PIDs
(when Communication type is TCP/IP)]

• PID Parameters tab: PID communication type = [Set communication type]

Weekly maintenance:
• Clean the outer surface of PID.
Monthly maintenance:
• Restart the computer on PID.
• Check the cooling fans (done by an authorized technician).
Yearly maintenance:
• Fan replacement.
• Electrical components check and cleaning.
• PC maintenance (cleaning, contact cleaning,…).
• Power supply check.

There is necessary to use suitable power supply cord certified for certain country. For USA and
Canada use only power supply cord which is approved by UL or CSA. (Cord set approved to CSA No.
21.). Supply cord for the unit has cross section 1.5 mm2.
Switch on the power switch and wait for the system to power up.

be connected to the earth before connecting supply.

Internal Fuses
PID Standalone
The key is available only to the service technician. The casino personnel is not allowed to have
access to the key and internal part of the bottom enclosure.
This bottom enclosure is accessible only to the service technicians.
PID Twins
The internal part of the unit is hidden in the gaming machine and that is not accessible by the
user.
