I, the complainant in this case, state that the following is true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
On or about October 20, 2020, at Chicago, in the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, the
defendant(s)s violated:
Code Section Offense Description
Title 18, United States Code, Section by intimidation, took from the person and presence of
2ll3(a) a bank employee approximately $1,639.50 in United
States currency belonging to and in the care, custody,
control, management, and possession of PNC Bank,
4201 N. Lincoln Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, the deposits
of which were then insured by the Federal Deposit
Insurance Corporation

This criminal complaint is based upon these facts:
