PRAYER

Wherefore in light of the issues raised, arguments advanced and authorities cited, it is humbly
prayed that this Honourable Court may be pleased to hold, adjudge and declare that;

1. The court does not have requisite jurisdiction to maintain this petition; or

2. The fundamental rights of Sindhuban forest and villagers are not infringed; and

3. The recusal of Justice Moitra should not be done because their exists no peculiar interest of
the Judge in the present case.

and pass any other order it may deem fit in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience.
