EVIDENCE OF LEADERSHIP
• PBIS System Implementation
Brought together a team to develop and implement PBIS systems in the building. Secured staff
buy-in to the program. We saw a decrease in student behaviors and an improved hallway
climate.
• RTI System Development
Led a committee of staff members through a process to revamp our struggling RTI system. Built
schedules, responded to staff concerns, and led the quality improvement process. Currently
resulting in a decrease in struggling grades across two of the three cohorts we are tracking.
