Declarative Knowledge

From memory, Monterey County Leaders will be able to define Employee Engagement

with 80% accuracy.

Concepts

When given an engagement strategies job aid, Monterey County Leaders will be able to

classify strategies as either effective or not effective Employee Engagement Strategies with 80%

accuracy.

Principles

Given a Punnett square handout, sixth grade students will be able to predict the possible

genotypes and phenotypes of offspring when mixing two imaginary species with 80% accuracy.

Procedures

Given a copy of School Lab Safety Procedures, Biology students will be able to disinfect

their workstation at the end of a lesson 100% of the time.

Problem Solving

Provided SMART Goal requirements, Leaders of Monterey County will be able to create

SMART Goals for their departments based on Survey Data. SMART Goals should be aligned

with their Department’s Mission Statement.

Cognitive Strategies

Given the AVID STAR Note-Taking Strategy handout, seventh-grade English Language

Arts students will be able to apply the strategy when taking notes 100% of the time.

Attitudes

Without prompting, San Joaquin citizens will choose to wear a mask when out in public

during a pandemic 100% of the time.

Psychomotor Skills

Given a fingering chart, sixth grade oboe students will be able to play a C scale with 75%

accuracy.
