As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant

Entrepreneur simulation. In order to continue with this simulation, I am
required to first establish the name and location of my restaurant. Please
review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have your
approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this
memo and returning it to me.

Proposed restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is 412 pizza. The theme for my restaurant is to
give my customers the riverside vibe and pizza to go along. The color
scheme that I have decided to use is red and black. The signature dish at
my restaurant is the 412 pizza. The restaurant will be located in Pittsburgh,
PA.

My family is italian and my family and I always make homemade pizza as

our dish. We love restaurants like Betos, Sinceries, and Pizza Shack. My
grandma always would make pizza from scratch when I was little and I
would always help.
