    On May 19, 2010, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) and Greenpeace sent Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to four agencies, seeking copies of the video feeds of the British Petroleum (BP) Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and other documents related to efforts to mitigate or clean up the oil spill. The requests were sent to the U.S. Coast Guard, Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Department of the Interior, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. CREW and Greenpeace are seeking the feeds and records related to them to allow scientists to determine how much oil has been spilling into the Gulf of Mexico for nearly a month.     -Drill Rig 0011: Drilling operations remain on schedule. Currently continUing maintenance to
    Blow Out Preventer stack started on 18 May. Current drill depth is 253 ft below sea floor.
    Preparing to commence drilling next hole section today.

    - RITT remains in place and is working well. Updated data indicates it is currently
    recovering about 5,13130 bbl/day of oil and 15 million cubic feet of natural gas barrels on
    board the ENTERPRISE. The visible oil plume escaping from the riser pipe has noticeably
    declined today as the flow increases into the RITT.

    -RITT-2 being loaded on a vessel for deployment to the sea bed floor. RITT-2 will be in Port
    Fouchon on 213 May, ETA to spill site 21 May.
