    Sir, Tee Et6 bring your attention to the KHOBS expert committee meeting held on August 13 2013 at Koh cerala. Dr Salim Yusuf, Dr Vijayakumar, Dr Manu Raj and Dr. Bipin Gopal attended the meeting, The pilot data was analysed and initial tables were studied. The conclusions drawn are given below. After going through the daily reports from the server, of the plot study of KHOBS, the team of investigators feel that some of the variables analysed shows mismatch in the output generated. These variables need to be checked for quality and consistency. These checks can only be done by a team of Statistician, data manager, epidemiologist and programmer, from PHRI, Canada, Currently, they don't hhave access to the pilot data base in the server. For these issues, we need to permit sucha team fron PHRIto access the pilot data and fix the errors. Hence, we request you to permit the team to have ‘access to the pilot data for developing an error proof application, Sincerely, Dr. Vijayakumar Rajeev Sadanandan Aug 15 Dear Dr. Vijayakumar, It is disturbing that the pilot has returned unreliable results. These need to be fixed before we can scale up. Therefore you may allow access to the team that designed to software access to the forms and primary data and also to cross check primary data with the statistics being returned by the software.
