Be it enacted by the Senate OR House of Representatives of the United States of America


in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ​CO2 Commision Bill___________________________________​.

SECTION 2. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE/NEED

(1)This act requires all car companies to use more plastic and less metal in their cars.

(2)This acts purpose is to lessen CO2 emitted and also lessen the amount of plastic left
around waiting to go into the ocean

(3)This acts purpose is to make cars more efficient and possibly a couple dollars
cheaper

(4)This act will make cars not need use as much gas to drive places

(5)The main purpose of this act is to make cars more efficient and emit less CO2

SECTION 3. PROVISIONS - BENEFITS AND ELIGIBILITY

(1) All car manufacturers who have factories within the United States must comply
with this policy to continue doing business.

(2) All those interested in owning a car after the passing of this bill will pay a little
less to get one.

(3) All car manufacturers must use a certain amount of plastic in their cars and if a
car or cars doesn't have the required amount they will have to build the car or
cars all over again.

(4) If car manufacturers do not follow these rules, 5% of the money they earn will go
to the government taxes. If they don’t follow the rule they lose 5% of their money
to the government taxes for three months

(5)All employees of the car manufacturing companies must bring all plastic that is never
used or left around to work to be reused.

SECTION 4. PROVISIONS - TERMS AND BENEFITS OF SERVICE

(1)​Members of the House or Senate draft, sponsor and introduce


bills for consideration by Congress. The House clerk assigns a
legislative number for bills introduced in the House of
Representatives and the Senate clerk assigns a legislative number
for bills introduced in the Senate

(2)​acommittee is assigned to study the bill according to its subject


matter. The committee will refer the bill to one of its subcommittee.
The subcommittee may request reports from government agencies,
hold hearings so experts and interested people can have a chance to
offer testimony regarding the issue, mark up or revise the bill, or
report the legislation to the full committee for its consideration. The
full committee may make a recommendation to pass the bill, to revise
and release the bill

(3)​The
bill is returned to the full House or Senate for more debate and
approval. At this point members may propose amendments to the bill,
add additional text, or otherwise alter the bill.

(4) ​The​ ouse and Senate members vote on their respective versions

The people incharge of automotive quality control can tell automotive companies
to use less metal in their cars and more plastic.
