User Guideline for setting up SAP FIORI for your Mobile devices

Introduction:
With the ‘Go-Live’ of online leave & Business Tour application/approval in the System (w.e.f. 1st June, 2018),
it has become essential for Users to access these applications on hand held Mobile devices as well.

We are happy to hand over this User Manual that will guide you to set up your mobile devices to access ERP
services even while on the move.

Steps to setup:
 Search for SAP Fiori Client in App Store (IOS) or Play store (Android) from your device.
 Download & install Fiori Client.
Once the App is downloaded and installed, follow these steps:

I. Fiori client icon can be used to access the SAP Fiori client

II. Open the app from phone or tablet .Select Login to start the setup
III. Fiori URL configuration in Fiori Client:
a) Use the QR code scanner (highlighted in circle) to scan the below QR code and populate Fiori
URL. Click on the icon circled below.
IV. Set the passcode of minimum 8 characters (ie 12345678) and Click OK Button.

V. Click on ‘Continue’ Button:

VI. For initial login : Use your OILEP User ID (eg P2094) and password . This is a onetime setup
which will be saved to your device for subsequent logins.

VII. For saving the credentials for subsequent logins please select “Save” option.
Presently, the following services are made available for your Mobile devices. More
services will be added as we progress along.
 Additional Information :
Use settings to change/reset Fiori client settings:

a) In IOS – Double tap the screen to open Settings

b) In Android – Open settings from top right menu
c) Click Clear All Application Settings – to Change URL etc.
d) Use Manage Passcode to change your passcode.
