 through her publications, Naomi has

garnered considerable awareness for
the anti-globalization movement
 her bestselling book “The Shock
Doctrine” speaks out against large
corporations who, she says, are just
praying for disaster in foreign nations so
they can come and privatize their assets
 Naomi Klein also raises awareness
about the ethics, or lack thereof, of
many large corporations that exploit
works in the developing world
 to her credit, Naomi has raised
considerable awareness for her
movement, she has sold over a million
copies of her first book “No Logo” and
her short movie “The Shock Doctrine”
which was launched on YouTube has
been viewed over a million times
 Naomi’s speeches have inspired change
and hope to many people that one day,
the free world will really be free.
Anti-capitalism is
a movement,
an ideology,
a way of life.

capitalism is the economic system of privatising
business, so that the businesses is operated for
a private profit but when the capitalist begin
working to create catalysts so they can
capitalize on the disaster and misfortune of
others

million additional western jobs will be
outsources to exploited Asian and
African countries whose workers will
receive substandard, inadequate
wages.
In the US, the top 1% of households
own 38% of the wealth in the country.
In 2009 Wal-Mart had a total revenue
of 400 billion dollars. That’s enough to
pay the entire debt of Africa. Eight
times over.

obligations, only financial ones
they hear our wallets, not our words
when we buy smart we send Wal-Mart
executives a message
we’re saying “No” to capitalism
and “Yes” to freedom

the world’s richest are getting richer as they acquire

more and more of the businesses and eventually
we’ll have a handful of people that own everything

this wouldn’t be so bad if they’re priorities lied in

the customer, however this is not the case
corporations are only in business for profit and
everything else they do is just to help their bottom
line

ever since our school days, we have fought for our

freedom, from wanting to get out of a project to
wanting to get out of the British Commonwealth,
we’ve always struggled with those who hold the
power why do we let ourselves be exploited by
those who hold the money?

Over 80% of the world’s beef is being produced by just four companies today.

That’s an increase from 25% of beef coming from 5 companies in the 1970s
