Note : Kindly refer next page for the requirements to take into consideration during the re-design of the ID.
Requirement:
What is not required?
- Gym/Workout Area (Including bicycles desk)
- Green Area
- Ceiling covered with doodles or drawings
- Seating capacity of 150 pax (both hot + permanent desk) , desired capacity will be 160 pax.
1. CEO Area :
● The CEO seating chair position must be facing to see across the whole floor as per picture shown. The location is as shown in the
image and must not change.
● CEO area must have a TV on the wall.
● A high table of 6 pax seater to be located at the CEO area to serve as a waiting area or discussion area with the CEO.
● A sofa or settee can be place at the CEO area if is necessary. Vendor can proposed the design.
● Not too luxury that occupy too much of the office space.
● Modern corporate sleek open concept but not extravagant ideas.
2. CFO Table :
- Simple office table with pedestal, does not need a big fancy area.
4. Discussion Room (location of the discussion room can be change by vendor if necessary to fit the design ) :
● 1 * room with 6 pax seater and a TV + ventilated cabinet for VC equipment. Must have glass door
● 1 * room with 4 pax seater and a TV + ventilated cabinet for VC equipment. Must have glass door
● 2 unit * Data cable on the table in each room
● 2 unit * Data cable in the cabinet in each room
● 1 * data cable connecting from table to cabinet in each room
● 2* power cable in the cabinet + 2 * power on the table in each room
● Must have split unit aircond in each room
6. Pantry :
● 1* Dry Pantry with one (1) 2 Door Fridge + 1 microwave and water pipe for the Coway water filter
● 1 * Wet pantry (original location from the building management) with water pipe for Coway water filter
● 1 high table + high chairs for 6 pax
● Pantry concept should not look like a canteen
8. Quite Zone
● Small & practical, can be used as a phone booth purposes as well.
9. Store room
● Does not need to be big. ¼ of the Main meeting room is sufficient
● Only 1 storeroom is required
10. Locker
● Must have minimum of 150 lockers and should not be less than the working desk (hot seats + permanent seats) available in the
office.
● Multicolor concept is desired to make it interesting , instead of monotone or conventional color look
● Locker door is sideways open concept
● Smartly used of the lockers as part of the office decorative furniture is preferred to avoid waste of space.
● Locker area should not be near CEO area.
