Being a teacher is one of the hardest and challenging


profession that often considered as a simple and easy job. Teachers’
passion in teaching and fostering one’s attitude, cognitive and non-cognitive
abilities for development are the greatest goals that every teachers aimed.
The call of this profession is not just being a teacher that just purely teach,
but being professional in teaching and handling the different circumstances
of their students.
A professional teacher demands different attitude and
importance for the effective attitudes of the teacher toward teaching can
really make positive changes to student’s lives, perception, values and
learning processes. We can really say that a teachers are living role model
for students because they’re mostly be the center of attraction or focus of
every student. Demonstrating care and kindness is one of the good attitude
of a professional teacher must have for through this each students are
being thought how sparing care and kindness important to every student.
Sharing responsibility is also another attitude that establishing a shared
environment is a must for sharing is an act of making every learning
process easy. Being a professional teacher also demands sensitivity in
accepting diversity, it’s impossible to have the a completely uniformed
students in class. Every teacher needs to accept his or her student’s
diversities in order to address effective teaching for all kinds. Moreover,
fostering individualized instruction is also a an attitude that a professional
teacher needed that effectively encourages positive self-confidence and
self-esteem. Lastly, encouraging creativity is a highly demand attitude for
this century to be able to gain every learner’s interest and passion in
learning.
Generally, the mentioned attitudes for a professional teacher is
a necessary thing that a teacher must have to effectively make a positive
development and changes to every learner.
