DAYTIME COMPACT CORONA CAMERA

A compact bi-spectral video and stills recording camera for detecting corona and arcing partial
discharges during daytime. Efficiently pinpoints corona discharge on major electrical equipment
such as motors, generators and switchgears used by mines, petroleum industries, data centers heavy
industry etc., as well as by electrical utilities’ to inspect medium size substations, distribution lines,
switchgears, etc. UVollé provides information in real time of the existing partial discharge processes
and assists mapping the critical locations of the assets that need attention.

LIGHT AND COMPACT DAYCOR® TECHNOLOGY INSIDE

Designed for comfortable single hand operation. Carried
by a padded shoulder strap. Turn on, aim, shoot and store
video clips and still pictures.
PINPOINTS CORONA
The detected corona and arcing are displayed
accurately in their original settings. Visible zoom and UV
magnification boost detection instances.
UV EVENTS COUNTER
Corona events are counted and displayed to designate
the relative strength of the captured discharge, used in
reports to analyze findings.
Based on Ofil’s DayCor® technology UVollé allows
operation in full daylight, captures and shows faint UV
signals of corona and displays accurately the corona
location.
FULL SOLAR BLIND
Ofil’s proprietary exclusive lenses and optical filters
guarantee full solar blindness during daylight and clear
imaging of the corona phenomenon.
CORONA MAGNIFICATION
Digital UV zoom magnifies corona events without
affecting their original location and counting values.

BUILT-IN VIDEO & IMAGE RECORDING AND EASY TO OPERATE

PLAYBACK Direct access to frequently used functions simplifies
Recorded video clips* and stills are internally stored on a camera’s operation. A joystick and a swift dial-button
removable flash memory card and displayed as a gallery control and modify predefined camera settings. An on
with playback option*. screen smart menu provides a walk through guide to
support customization steps.
VISIBLE ZOOM
Visible zoom allows a closer inspection of the corona
emitting source*.
