General Tips
• This is the official guide for Grim Tales: Heritage.
• This guide won't tell you when to zoom into a location; the screenshots show each
zoom scene.
• Hidden-object puzzles are referred to as HOPs. Only the locations of the HOPs will be
shown.
• Use the Map to fast travel to a location.

Chapter 1: Maureen

• Receive MAUREEN'S CAMEO.


• Take CLOTHESPIN, GLOW INSTRUCTIONS, and PEACOCK FIGURINE (A).
• Look at photos (B).
• Place PEACOCK FIGURINE (C); take BUTTON 1/2 and SPRAYER (D).
• Use CLOTHESPIN; take BAKING SODA and HEART TOKEN (E).
• Use HEART TOKEN; take DORIAN'S CAMEO and PEROXIDE (F).
• Place DORIAN'S CAMEO and MAUREEN'S CAMEO (G).

• Solution (@1): (Move K to M-P)-(Move H to N-I-O-L-M)-(Move F to E-B-C-L-K)-


(Move G through D-E-B-C-L-M-J)-(Move L to M)-(Move C to I-G-F)-(Move G to I-
C-L)-(Move D to G-I-O).
• (Move D to G-I-N)-(Move H to C-I-G-D)-(Move H to C-B-A)-(Move G to I-C-B)-
(Move I to G)-(Move C to I)-(Move C to H).
• Take ROD and FRIDGE HANDLE (Q).
• Place FRIDGE HANDLE; take BUTTON 2/2 and SODA WATER (R).
• Place BAKING SODA on GLOW INSTRUCTIONS and remove top. Place SODA
WATER and PEROXIDE into jar; take GLOWING JAR.
• Use GLOWING JAR and BUTTON 2/2 (S).
• Go (T).

• Take WRAPPER, HAIR CLIPS, and MARLOW'S NAMEPLATE (U).


• Read note (V).
• Use ROD (W). Play HOP; receive SHOE STAND.
• Place MARLOW'S NAMEPLATE (X); take TOY STICK (X1).
• Walk down.
• Place SHOE STAND and select books (Y); take EYE EMBLEM and NECKLACE
(Y1).
• Go (Z).

• Place EYE EMBLEM; take BATTERY 1/3 and EYELINER (A).


• Place SPRAYER (1). Use WRAPPER and EYELINER (2); select 121202 on mirror
(3); take CODE.
• Place CODE; enter 121202 (B); take COLLAR (C).
• Place COLLAR on cat; take QUILL HANDLE (D).
• Place QUILL HANDLE; take HAIRNET (E).
• Select top of TOY STICK; place NECKLACE, HAIRNET, and HAIR CLIPS; take
SCOOP NET.
• Use SCOOP NET (F). Find differences (G); take NEWSPAPER CLIPPING.
• Walk down.
• Give NEWSPAPER CLIPPING (H); receive HAIR COMB.

• Take NIPPERS and BLANK SIGNATURE STAMP (I).


• Open compartment (J); receive MONEY.
• Use NIPPERS (K); receive CHAIN.
• Use MONEY (L).
• Solution (1-33).
• Take RUST REMOVER and LEVER (M).

• Use RUST REMOVER (N); receive CARABINER.


• Place CHAIN, CARABINER, and LEVER (O); select lever.
• Take NOTEBOOK, BATTERY 2/3, BIKE KEY, and MAUREEN FIGURINE (P).
• Use HAIR COMB; take BATTERY 3/3 (Q).
• Walk down.

• Use BIKE KEY; take TOWER TOP and EMMET FIGURINE (R).
• Go (S).
• Place EMMETT FIGURINE and MAURINE FIGURINE (T). Play HOP; receive
COIN.
• Walk down.
• Place BATTERY 3/3 (U); take ELECTRONIC BOARD (V).
• Go (W).
• Place ELECTRONIC BOARD (X); take TOWN MAP (X1).
• Use COIN (Y) and place TOWN MAP (Z). Play HOP: receive BUTTON.
• Use BUTTON on NOTEBOOK and select page twice.

• Take HEARING AID and BACKPACK (1).


• Select sign; take PHOTO SCRAP 1/3 (2).
• Select note (3); take UMBRELLA HANDLE (4). Look at book (5).
• Place UMBRELLA HANDLE; take PHOTO SCRAP 2/3 and HOUSE EMBLEM (6).
• Place HOUSE EMBLEM (7).
• Solution (J-H-G-F-E-A-D-C-B-L-K).
• (J-H-G-A-C-B-L-K-J-H-G-A-C-B).
• (L-K-J-A-L-K-J-A).
• Take PENDULUM BALL and STUDY KEY.
• Use STUDY KEY (M).
• Enter (N).

• Place PENDULUM BALL (purple); take WHITE FLOWER and ELECTRICAL


TAPE (O).
• Look at certificate and place TOWER TOP (P); take TUBBS NAMEPLATE and
SAFE HANDLE (Q).
• TUBBS NAMEPLATE and WHITE FLOWER on BACKPACK; select twice; take
PHOTO SCRAP 3/3, SUNGLASSES, and SHOEHORN.
• Place PHOTO SCRAP 3/3 (R).; take CHARITY EMBLEM (S).
• Walk down.

• Use SHOEHORN; take GOLF BALL and STAMP CARVER (T).


• Go (U).

• Place CHARITY EMBLEM; take GOLF PLAYER and CORKSCREW (V).


• Place GOLF PLAYER and GOLF BALL (W).
• Select green area 3x (X); take EMMET'S SIGNATURE (X1).
• EMMET'S SIGNATURE and STAMP CARVER on BLANK SIGNATURE STAMP;
take EMMET'S SIGNATURE STAMP.
• Use EMMET'S SIGNATURE STAMP, SAFE HANDLE, and HEARING AID; take
SLIDES (Y).
• Use ELECTRICAL TAPE and place SLIDES (Y1).
• Play HOP (Z); receive CIRCLED FRAME.

Chapter 2: Study

• Open door (A).


• Take FISHING ROD, PRUNERS, and CAR KEY (B).
• Use CORKSCREW; take GLOVE and DISGUISE (C).
• Use GLOVE and PRUNERS and select; take MONOGRAM (D).
• Use CAR KEY (E). Play HOP; receive BADGE.

• Place MONOGRAM (F); look at note and receive PAPER CLIP (G). Take FALSE
MOUSTACHE (H).
• Use FISHING ROD (I); receive HAT.
• HAT, FALSE MOUSTACHE, SUNGLASSES, and BADGE on DISGUISE; select all
items.
• Go (J).
• Take PHOTO SCRAP 1/3, PHOTO SCRAP, EMMETT'S BAG, and RESTORATION
TOOL (K).
• PAPER CLIP on EMMETT'S BAG; take RING 1/2.
• Use CORKSCREW (L); receive PHOTO SCRAP 2/3 and RING 2/2.

• Place RING 2/2 (M). Play HOP; receive SMALL NAIL PULLER.
• Use SMALL NAIL PULLER (N); receive CHARITY CREST HALF. Pull handle (O).
• Enter (P).

• Place STUDY CLUE (Q). Press little red button (R).


• Use RESTORATION TOOL (S).
• Solution (@1): (A-B)-(C-D)-(E-F)-(G-H)-(I-J)-(K-L)-(M-N)-(O-P)-(Q-R)-(S-T).
• Take CHARITY CREST HALF and TAPE.

• Place two CHARITY CREST HALVES; take BROKEN FLASHLIGHT and SEAM
RIPPER (U).
• Walk down.
• SEAM RIPPER on EMMETT'S BAG; look at note; take MEMORY STICK and
SCREWDRIVER.
• Use SCREWDRIVER; take POWER BUTTON and PAPER SCRAP 3/3 (V).
• Go (V1).

• PHOTO SCRAP 3/3 and TAPE on PHOTO SCRAP; take PASSWORD.


• Press button (A) and place PASSWORD (B).
• Enter 14985 (C). Insert MEMORY STICK (D). Play HOP; receive LETTER.
• Take BULB (E).
• Look at note; take VESSEL (F).
• Use SEAM RIPPER (G); receive ROPE.
• Place VESSEL and use CORKSCREW (H); receive OIL.
• Use OIL; take BATTERIES and SNORKEL MASK (I).

• Select BROKEN FLASHLIGHT, place BULB, BATTERIES, and POWER


BUTTON. Select power button and take FLASHLIGHT.
• Use FLASHLIGHT (J). Play HOP; receive VINEGAR.
• Use VINEGAR (K); receive KNITTING NEEDLE and WOODEN DECORATION.
• Place LETTER (L) and KNITTING NEEDLE (M).
• Go (N).

• Take BROKEN LADDER, SAW HANDLE, BRUSH, and SHARP BRANCH (O).
• Use SNORKEL MASK (P). Play HOP; receive HAMMER.
• Use SHARP BRANCH and HAMMER (Q); receive HOOK. Take HANDSAW
SCREW.
• Use BRUSH; take METALLIC DECORATION and GRINDSTONE (R).

• Place WOODEN DECORATION and METALLIC DECORATION (@2).


• Solution: (E-C-B-D-F-G-E-C-A-B-D-F-E-C-D).
• Take TOOLBOX PLATE (H).
• Walk down.

• Place TOOLBOX PLATE; take EMERY BOARD and HANDSAW BLADE (I).
• Go to Backyard (J).

• HANDSAW BLADE, HANDSAW SCREW, and GRINDSTONE on SAW


HANDLE; take HANDSAW.
• Use HANDSAW (K); receive SUCTION CUP and BOARDS.
• Select BROKEN LADDER; place BOARDS, ROPE, and HOOK; take LADDER.
• Place LADDER and SUCTION CUP (L).
• Enter (M).
• Receive FIREPLACE DIAL.
• Take STONE TILE and WIRE CUTTER (N).
• Use WIRE CUTTER (O); receive WIRE and OPENER.
• Walk down.
• Place STONE TILE (P).

• Solution (@3): (B-O)-(T-Q)-(M-P)-(S-N)-(G-U)-(K-R)-(A-H)-(F-E)-(G-L)-(M-G)-(A-


K)-(A-E)-(J-G)-(D-N)-(A-C)-(C-D).
• Solved Image (@4).
• Take BROKEN VOICE RECORDER.
• Go to Dining Room.
• Use OPENER; take SILVER SPOON and WATER BOTTLE (V).
• Use WATER BOTTLE and place FIREPLACE DIAL (W).

• Solution: (E)-(D-F)-(E)-(C-H)-(B-G)-(F-D)-(E)-(H-F)-(E).
• (F-C)-(E)-(G-F)-(E)-(F-B)- (E)-(D-F)-(E)-(C-I)-(B-H)-(A-D).
• (F-A)-(E)-(H-F)-(E)-(F-C)-(E)-(I-F)-(E)-(F-B).
• Take POCKET WATCH and CASSETTE (J).
• Open compartment on BROKEN VOICE RECORDER; insert CASSETTE. Open
smaller compartment and insert WIRE. Select and then take MEOW RECORDING.
• Use MEOW RECORDING (K).

• Solution one (@1): (3-B-C-F-G-H-K)-(1-A-C-E-D-J)-(2-B-C-E-H-G-L).


• Solution two (@2): (4-N-J-G-F-C)-(5-N-M-K-G-F-B)-(6-M-L-K-J-H-D-E-F-A).

• Receive CHANTAL'S KEY.
• Use CHANTAL'S KEY (P).
Chapter 3: Chantal

• Take SUCCULENT, HINGES, FLOWER 1/5, UNCUT STONE, and BROKEN


RING (A).
• Look at photo (B) and note (B1).
• UNCUT STONE and EMERY BOARD on BROKEN RING; take RING.
• Place RING; take CLOVER TOKEN (C).

• Place CLOVER TOKEN; take FLOWER 2/5 and EYE BOLTS (D).
• Place HINGES and EYE BOLTS (E). Play HOP; receive CIRCULAR SAW.
• Use CIRCULAR SAW (F).
• Enter (G).

• Take HIBISCUS and BLUE PETALS (H).


• Look at note (I).
• Place SUCCULENT and HIBISCUS (J); take CASSETTE PLAYER BUTTON and
CLOCK HINT (K).
• Go (L).

• Place CASSETTE PLAYER BUTTON (M); take POROUS WRENCH and


WINDING MECHANISM (N).
• Go (O).
• Use POROUS WRENCH (P). Play HOP; receive LEVER.
• Place LEVER (Q); take FLOWER 3/5 (R).
• Select POCKET WATCH; place WINDING MECHANISM and CLOCK HINT. Set
the time to 10 o'clock. Look at photo and take FLEUR-DE-LIS.
• Place FLEUR-DE-LIS (S).

• Solution (Fx2-C-F-H-A-Hx3-Bx2-D).
• Go (H1).
• Take PEARL NECKLACE, BROKEN ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT, TORN STENCIL,
RUBY EARRINGS, POWDER, and BROCCOLI AMULET (I).
• Look at note (J).
• Place BLUE PETALS (K); receive BLUE DYE.
• Go (L).

• Place BROCCOLI AMULET; take SKEWER and BOILED EGG (M).


• Go (N).
• Place TORN STENCIL and SKEWER (O).
• Solution (@2): (A-B-C-D-E-F-G)-(D-B-G-A-H-G)-(J-F-K-J-H-K-L).
• Take DIAMOND TIARA and FLOWER 4/5.
• Go to Chantal's Wing.

• Place RUBY EARRINGS, PEARL NECKLACE, and DIAMOND TIARA (P);


receive VELVET FABRIC. Take ULTRAVIOLET BULB (Q).
• Go to Secret Room.
• ULTRAVIOLET BULB and BLUE DYE on BROKEN ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT;
take ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT.
• Place ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT, POWDER, and BOILED EGG (R); receive
FINGERPRINT.
• Select screen (S). Use FINGERPRINT (T). Play HOP; receive EVIDENCE.
• Go (U).

• Receive FLOWER 5/5.


• Use SILVER SPOON (V).
• Give EVIDENCE (W).
• Go to Chantal's Wing (X); receive PURSE. Go to Greenhouse.
• Place FLOWER 5/5; take BUTTERFLY TRINKET (Y).
• Place BUTTERFLY TRINKET; take SMALL WHEEL and ACETONE (Z1).
• Go (Z2).

• Use ACETONE (A). Play HOP; receive NEEDLE.


• Go (B).
• NEEDLE on PURSE; take RANDY CAMEO.
• Place RANDY CAMEO; select picture (C).
• Take BROKEN WATERING CAN, RAINDROP AMULET, and SHORT
POTHOLDER (D).
• Look at envelope (E).
• Use VELVET FABRIC (F).

• Solution: (1-3)-(4-8)-(9-14).
• Take WOODEN KEY and TAPE.
• Use WOODEN KEY; take SMALL RAKE and RAIL 1/4 (G).
• Use SMALL RAKE; take DOORKNOB (H).
• Place DOORKNOB (I).
• Enter (J).

• Take SOAP, RAIL 2/4, SPRINKLER SPOUT, and DOLL 1/3 (K).
• Look at note (L).
• Place RAINDROP AMULET; take GATE VALVE and DEFLATED BOAT (M).
• Place GATE VALVE (N); take SMALL STEERING WHEEL (O).
• Place SMALL WHEEL and SMALL STEERING WHEEL (P).
• Position the cars as shown (Q): (green-blue-yellow) and press the button (R).
• Take RAIL 3/4 and SCREWDRIVER (S).
• Walk down.

• Use SCREWDRIVER; take WOODEN ROD (T).


• Go (U).
• WOODEN ROD and TAPE on SHORT POTHOLDER; take IMPROVISED
GRABBER.
• Use IMPROVISED GRABBER (V).
• Go (W).
• Take RAIL 4/4 and SWITCH (X).
• Look at photo (Y).
• Place RAIL 4/4 (Z1) and SWITCH (Z2). Select switch; take MAGNET (Z3).
• Walk down.

• Use MAGNET (A). Play HOP; receive HORSE FIGURINE.


• Place HORSE FIGURINE (B); take PENCIL and DOLL 2/3 (B1).
• Go (C).
• Use SOAP and PENCIL; take STAPLE REMOVER and TOY CLAY (D).
• Use STAPLE REMOVER; take TOY PUMP (E).
• Walk down.

• SPRINKLER SPOUT and TOY CLAY on BROKEN WATERING CAN; take


WATERING CAN.
• Place WATERING CAN (F); receive WATER.
• Walk down.
• Use WATER; take DOLL 3/3 (G).
• Go to Nursery.
• Place DOLL 3/3 (H).
• Solution (@1): (A-B)-(C-D)-(E-F)-(G-H)-(J-K)-(L-M)-(N-O)-(P-Q).
• Take PLASTIC CAP (R).
• Walk down twice.

• PLASTIC CAP and TOY PUMP on DEFLATED BOAT. Select boat and take
INFLATED BOAT.
• Use INFLATED BOAT (S).
