    Last week, the speaker decided to have friends over for dinner and bought delicious food including Parma ham. At around 6 pm, the speaker was cooking in the kitchen while the sun was shining outside. The speaker opened the back door. Then the phone rang and the speaker went to answer it. When the speaker came back, the ham was no longer on the table. The speaker looked out the window and saw a cat sitting on the garden wall, eating the ham. The cat did not notice the speaker approach as it enjoyed the ham. At the last moment, the cat heard the speaker and escaped into the neighborhood.
