Prepositions of time
Use in before periods of time (months, seasons, years, etc.): I go to school in the morning.
Use on with specific dates (days of the week, dates, holidays, etc.): The restaurant is open on Tuesdays.
Use at with times: The movie starts at 6 p.m.

Adverbs of frequency
We use adverbs of frequency to talk about how often we do something. We place them:
- before the : Jack usually his room on Saturdays. / Bill doesn’t always computer games on the weekend.
- after the verb : Ann sometimes late for work.
