SUSPENSION OF DISTRIBUTION AND RETRIEVAL OF MODULES DUE TO THE
RISING OF COVID-19 CASES

1. In respond to the rise in the number of confirmed coronavirus disease 2019

(Covid-19) cases in the province, this office hereby issues suspension of
distribution and retrieval of modules effective immediately and until further
notice.

2. This is in compliance to the guidelines mandated by the Provincial Inter-Agency

Task Force (AITF) on Emerging Disease Resolution No. 78 dated October 23,
2020 for prevention, control, and mitigation of the spread of Covid-19.

3. Attached is the Provincial Memorandum dated October 23, 2020 for reference.

4. Widest dissemination and compliance are directed.
