Relationship Goals Self-Care Seminar

Elbony Fleming will be hosting a virtual event on Relationship Goals that comes from the book
Relationship Goals by Pastor Michael Todd. This book is New York Times bestseller and can be
purchased on the Amazon website. This is also where our self-care pointers will come from.

In the seminar we will be discussing how to “win in relationships” and how to prepare and
experience healthy relationships. We will do this by breaking into four different sessions, one hour
each. The sessions will be broken down by the following categories:

 Introduction – discuss the book and areas we must master in order to sustain healthy
relationships
 How To Love Yourself Again – in order to give love to others, you must first identify what love is
to you and how you would like to receive love
 Identifying Healthy Relationships – It’s important to have healthy relationships everywhere you
go; whether it’s a personal relationship or a working relationship
 Closing and Breaking Free – final remarks, questions, comments and concerns.

We are asking that all participants register at efleming11@relations.org by Nov.15. This will
secure your spot and help us accommodate you successfully. Once you have registered, you will then be
sent a Zoom link for you to access the meeting.

****Please note: the first 10 people to register will have the opportunity for their names to go into a
drawing to receive a $50 gift card from Walmart. So make sure you register early to be considered in
the drawing. The drawing will take place shortly after the seminar.

This event will be held on December 12, 2020 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are looking
