COME NOW, PETITIONER, through the undersigned counsel, unto


this Honorable Court, most respectfully states:
1. That on June 25, 2007, petitioner received, through Atty. Ronald
Guaren, a “Manifestation and Motion” filed by the Office the Solicitor
General, asking the honorable direct the petitioner to furnish the OSG with
a copy of the petition;
2. That while the Honorable Court have not ruled on the said Motion,
petitioner heretofore Manifests that he have already furnished the OSG a
copy of the petition as evidence by the registry receipt hereto attached as
Annex “A”.
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, is most respectfully prayed of
this Honorable Court that the manifestation be duly noted.
