The Applicant hereinbefore beg to state as under 

1) The applicant is the victim / defacto Complainant in aforesaid case.

2) The victim has lodge criminal complaint against foresaid accused at

shrivardhan Police station bearing F.I.R no 03 for offence under section

323,504,506,34 of IPC and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s),3(2)(va) of SC/ST (prevention of

Atrocity) act 1989.

3) That pursuant to filing of said complaint, the said accused was arrested by

the concerned Police Officer; and the said accused was produced before this

Hon’ble Court.

4) That this Hon’ble Court was pleased to grant Bail to said accused person, on

strict terms and conditions, as mentioned in their Order of Bail.

5) That on dated 04/09/2020 the said accused is administering threats to the

Applicant to withdraw the case for which N.C.R has been lodge in

shrivardhan police station bearing NCR no 0180/2020

6) The Applicant therefore apprehends positive danger to life of Applicant’s

and Applicant’s family from the said accused.

7) That the said accused has breached the terms of the Bail so granted by this

Hon’ble Court and thus deserved to be withdrawn.

8) It is therefore, most humbly prayed that the Bail granted to the accused be

cancelled and he be taken into judicial custody.
