SAUL AND HIS FATHER WANT TO BUY SOME TOOLS AT THE HARDWARE
STORE (1) (rq)

As you know, Saul lives with his family. His father is an electrician, and he wants to buy
some tools he needs at work. They are looking for some tools at the new hardware store in
the area. However, this place seems to be a little expensive, so they are going to the other
hardware store, which is located on the other side of the city. It is farther from their house,
but it is a more affordable place and well stocked. After a fifteen-minute bus ride, now, they
are at Frank´s hardware store. There is a big screwdriver near the nails, but they need a bigger
(1) one. Besides, they need a cross tip screwdriver not a flat screwdriver; cross tip
screwdrivers are more useful than flat screw drivers. There is also a hammer. It looks
stronger than the (2) one they have at home. They are buying it. Now they need a wrench.
Their old wrench is too heavy. They want a lighter wrench and, of course, a more
sophisticated one. Therefore, they are ready to buy an expensive (3) one because Saul´s
father plans to work for at least 10 more years. Finally, they need to buy a claw hammer, but
they can´t find (4) one and they can´t find a cross tip screwdriver either. What´s more, it is
a little bit late. Saul has to go to work, so they decide to return early the next day. .
