SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, the HEIRS OF _____________, namely, __________, widow and

presently residing at Minglanilla, Cebu City; ________, married and a
resident of Negros Oriental, and ___________, married and a resident of
Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental; all Filipinos and of legal age, do hereby
name, constitute and appoint our sister, __________, of legal age, Filipino,
single, and a resident of ______ Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, to be
our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our name, place and
stead, to do and perform the following acts:

1. To represent us in all transactions pertaining to the partition and

processing of all documents needed for the titling of our share in all the
properties owned and inherited by our mother, the late ______, namely:
Lot No. 1234 with an area of 106,328 square meters, Lot No. 456-F-1 with an
area of 43,595 square meters, and Lot No. 789-A with an area of 30,302
square meters, all evidenced by the Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate dated
December 20, 2005 which was entered as Doc. No. 123, Page No. 45, Book
No. VIII, Series of 2005 in the notarial register of notary public Atty. ABC,
and hereto attached as Annex “A”;

2. To defend, and protect our rights and interests therein, including

having to file a case against persons who make adverse claim of ownership
in the aforementioned properties;

3. To represent us in all stages of the case that may be filed, including

but not limited to, signing the verification/certification against forum
shopping, preliminary conference, pretrial, trial, and appeal; where at the
preliminary conference, pretrial, and during the course of the trial, she is
authorized to cause the preparation of the pleadings and similar papers, for
or before a higher court if necessary in furtherance of our claim;

4. To appear during the Preliminary Conference, Pre-Trial, and all

subsequent stages relative to the case before the court and other offices that
are authorized by law, with the corresponding power and authority to
stipulate facts, make admissions, participate in the mediation process, enter
into a settlement and compromise agreement, among others, necessary for
the resolution of the case;

5. To perform all other acts necessary and proper, under the

circumstances, to accomplish the authority so granted.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact,

full power and authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be
done in the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or
could lawfully do if personally present, with power of substitution and
revocation and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney or
her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of
these presents.
