First and foremost, thank you for notifying us about the fault in the packaging of Emulsion
drum. We consider errors and defects as a severe issue in our organization, and we are
determined to minimize the shortcomings.

My apologies for experiencing the defect in drum packaging. We have found standard delivery
procedure is not followed by workers while loading the drums on the truck.

In future, we will ensure to follow the checklist before dispatch for the satisfactory delivery
experience.
