Sir:

The Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO) is the Central Planning Arm of the
province which is responsible in the formulation of comprehensive development, framework and
infrastructure plans, programs and projects and feasibility studies. The office is closely
coordinating with the different line agencies and other entities operating in the province to
ensure effective integration of on-going and proposed programs into a unified framework and
integrated development plan.
I, serving and providing beyond limits in the government for 27 years and 15 years in my
present position who’s been a part of reviewing and recommending provincial plans and
programs for consideration of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Sultan Kudarat and the local
development council and other higher bodies, ensuring inter-agency coordination and
integration of multi-sectoral programs of the province are one of the true proofs of my dedication
and commitment throughout years.
In line with this, I am applying the position of PROJECT EVALUATION OFFICER III in this
office- Provincial Planning and Development office. I believe with my guidance of my superiors
and my coordination with colleagues I can be able to do and achieve the duties and
responsibilities of the said position. I believe that in the long years of my service, I have
demonstrated my ability to work with leaders across government units and multiple lines of
agencies, consistently earning exemplary scores on my annual performance evaluations by my
heads/bosses.
