SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, CARLOS BAYLA ATIENZA, widower, EUFEMIO BAYLA ATIENZA SR., married, DANILO
BAYLA ATIENZA, married, NICANOR BAYLA ATIENZA, married, all Filipinos, all of legal age and all
residing at Barangay Lumil, Silang, Cavite and GREGORIA ATIENZA SARMIENTO, Filipino, of legal
age, widow and a resident of Barangay Tartaria, Silang, Cavite, do hereby name, constitute and
appoint our sister CONCEPCION ATIENZA JOSE, Filipino, of legal age, widow and residing at
Barangay Lumil, Silang, Cavite, to be our true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for us and in our
names, places and steads to do, and perform the following acts, to wit:

“To represent us and sign for us in the execution of the Extrajudicial Partition of
Estate of our late grandparents Rafael Bayla married to Arcadia Gonzales covering the parcel
of land located at Barangay Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite with an area of __________ and
declared under Tax Declaration No. _______________________, relative to the share of
inheritance of our mother SUMILANG GONZALES BAYLA - ATIENZA and inherited by us in the
above-mentioned property included in the estate of the late Rafael Bayla married to Arcadia
Gonzales;

“To sell to any interested buyer that portion belonging to our share in the above-
mentioned property; to receive the proceeds thereof and equally distribute our shares to us
and immediately deliver the same to us;

“To sign any and all documents necessary for the attainment of this purpose in these
presents.”

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full powers and authority
to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes, as we might or could do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that our attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof
shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof and in pursuance of the purposes above-
stated.
