1. All the information provided by me in my Application Form is complete and true to the best
of my knowledge and records.
2. I will submit all the original documents prescribed for admission.
3. I will abide by the rules and regulations concerning discipline, attendance, etc. of TNNLS
and also will follow the Code of Conduct prescribed for the Students of TNNLS which are
in force or that may be introduced from time to time by the authorities of TNNLS. I am
aware that TNNLS has the authority for taking disciplinary actions against me for violation
and / or non-compliance of the same.
4. I will earn minimum prescribed attendance in all the courses prescribed for the program as
eligibility criteria fixed by the Bar Council of India. In case my attendance falls short of the
prescribed attendance limit, for any reason, the competent authority of the TNNLS may take
such disciplinary action, as may be deemed fit and necessary against me.
5. I am aware of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Ragging Act 1997 (Act No.7 of 1997), and
accordingly I will not indulge in or tolerate ragging in any form, even in words or intentions.
6. I am aware of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Eve-Teaching Act 1998 (Act 44 of 1998), Tamil
Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women (Amendment) Act 2002 (Act No.39 of 2002)
and other applicable laws and shall abide by all the provisions of these laws.
7. I undertake to stay in the Hostel as TNNLS is a residential university and shall abide by the
Hostel Regulations in force or that may be introduced from time to time by TNNLS.

further understand that TNNLS shall in no way provide any support to me and will not be
