The document summarizes a webinar about mental health during the pandemic. The webinar provided comprehensive information about the pandemic's effects on mental health and reassured participants that their feelings are normal. It discussed symptoms of anxiety attacks and how to handle them. However, the webinar lacked audience interaction and discussion. There were few opportunities for participants to ask questions or share experiences. More could be done to give students a platform to voice their concerns.

Mental health is also wealth. It is indeed timely to have a better understanding to
what mental health can do and mean to all of us. The program only had an hour but it was able to give a comprehensive information on this Pandemic really do to all of us and ensures that everything that we are feeling are completely valid and normal. The assurance honestly made my heart melt because this situation is tough for all of us. We were barred with every problem and living day by day had become so tiring. I had learned few things from the webinar such as symptoms of an anxiety attack and also the proper procedure to handle a situation like that. I would just like to address that the webinar wasn't audience-centered enough. There were only few interactions between the speaker and the participant and I think it would be more sincere and personal if the speaker answers more questions after the program. There were good questions from the comments and I think it was their moment to have a platform to share their experiences. It was only the first webinar so I don't blame them and the time given was only minimal too. I just wish there could be more platform for students to have their voices be heard, like a support group.
