In reference to the Video Conferencing & E-Filing Guidelines

issued on 15-16/04/2020 (in view of exigency caused by COVID-19),

with a view to streamline listing of urgent Cases and looking to the
high rate of institution of the applications for urgent hearing, as
directed by Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice, bail applications &
applications for suspension of sentence will be listed in the Cause List
as under : -

1. First bail applications and first applications for suspension of

sentence will be given first priority for listing under the head of
fresh bail.
2. Thereafter, subject to availability of space, Second bail
applications and second applications for suspension of sentence
will be listed under the sub-head of Repeat Bail and after that,
Third, Fourth, Fifth and other Subsequent Bail applications and
subsequent applications for suspension of sentence will be listed
accordingly.

This order will come in force w.e.f. 19.10.2020 to 23.10.2020 at

Principal Seat Jabalpur and Benches at Indore & Gwalior.
