It's our first attempt in this kind of competition which actually works in our favor as the enthusiasm and

excitement have been on the peak. We have not developed any software or application before from
scratch but one of the participants of this team has experience in the maintenance and support work for
a billing and reconciliation application build for billing the payments. This experience includes
understanding how the payment system works from the customer swapping his/her card, MasterCard or
Visa appearing in the picture and till the final billing and revenue reconciliation, covering the business
aspect of the application. Talking about the technical aspect of the application, the backend structure of
the application, the flow of data and what and applications or division of applications provide input
stream and the database used pretty much sum up the scope of technical knowledge. Working on this
application included resolving any type of issue (technical, data related or billing reconciliation) also.

Looking at the perspective of having payment experience as a customer and consumer, we have used
the UPI interface, RTGS, NEFT (Banking transactions).

Our team consists of two players - Purnima Gautam and Suryansh Singh. Purnima is a computer science
engineer, having a formal work experience of working on a billing and revenue management application.
Suryansh is an electronics and communication engineer and he has worked on a project of home
appliance automation using a mobile communication system. It was based on dual-tone and multi-tone
frequency systems which allow controlling the home appliances through our cellphones from anywhere
provided your cellphone must have the network and coverage.

Suryansh came up with an idea of Mutual Multi-Factor Authentication and identified and planned the
fundamental need of the customer. Purnima reshaped the concept by integrating the upcoming
problem tackling system. In this technology, we took the help of Machine learning and Artificial
intelligence, which will aid us in eliminating the repetition of the incidences of any possible fraud related
to it.
