 Filling and packing of all types of Groceries and spices in granules
form.
 Packing range 500 Gms. to 1000 Gms

TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

1.0 Prices Prices quoted above are Ex-works Pune. Packing @3.0% Extra.
Freight, Insurance, taxes & duties, octroi as applicable at the time of
supply, will be extra to your account.

2.0 Payment 50% advance along with the order and balance against Proforma
Invoice, before dispatch.

3.0 Trials and Inspection Will be carried out by the buyer at our works at Pune before despatch.
The buyer will provide sufficient quantity of product and packing
material I.e., caps for trial purpose.

4.0 Delivery 03 to 04 weeks from commercially cleared order.

5.0 Transit Insurance Nil.

6.0 Freight charges Extra at actual to your account. Machine shall be dispatched on Freight
“TO PAY “basis.

7.0 Initial Commissioning Extra at actual.

8.0 Warranty One year against any manufacturing defects or faulty workmanship
from the date of supply of machine. However all Electrical parts,
Rubber / Plastic Parts and consumables are excluded from the
warranty. For bought out items, the scope & period of warranty will be
to the extent that it is offered to us by our suppliers.

9.0 Validity This offer is valid for 30 days from date of offer and thereafter it is
subject to our reconfirmation.
10.0 Cancellation In the event that an order with advance payment is cancelled by you,
we reserve the right to forfeit the advance and to recover from you all
the consequential losses, including the value of all work completed and
in process.

11.0 The company reserves the right to introduce changes in design and Dimension.

12.0 Disputes, if any, are subjected to Pune juridiction only.
