South Jebel Exploratory wells

Conclusion and Testing Summary :

● Well UUUU1-6:

The exploratory well UUUU1-6 was spud on 29.12.2006 and drilled to a total depth of
7,923ft. A 9 5/8” casing was set at 6310ftKB and cemented to surface. Due to the
Waha formation wet “100% water” the well was completed in Gialo formation.
Gialo “A”: In order to evaluated Gialo “A” separately, Gialo “C” was isolated and
perforation in Gialo “A” using 4 ½” casing gun through interval at 2397’-2407’KB.
Again the well couldn’t flow with out enhancement of N2 lifting. The flow is descried in
“Table I”.

Gialo “C”: Was initially perforated with 4 ½” casing gun at interval 2676’-2690KB.
Due to low formation pressure, CT was run lifting the well with nitrogen. Flow descried
is as tabulated below “ Table I”

● Well UUUU2-6:

The exploratory well UUUU2-6 was spud on 18.09.08 and drilled to a total depth of
3000ft. A 7” casing was set at 2995ft and cemented to surface. On 28.11.2008, the
workover rig “Adowc 5” moved and rig up on location to evaluate Gialo formation, run
final completion.

Gialo “C”:

The Gialo “C” was perforated with 4 5/8” casing gun, HMX Deep Penetration at 2750-
2768ftKB. on 05.12.2008.
On 06.12.2008, run with temporary completion. Injectivity was tested at 0 BPM at
different pressure 500, 600, 800& 1000 psi.
To remove any near wellbore damage and improve well productivity, an acid
stimulation was conducted on 06.12.2008 using 2000 gals with 15% HCL. Injectivity
was increased to 1.5 BPM at 595psi.
Swabbing was commenced on 07.12.2008, and continues for four days light with total
fluid recovered of 40bbl with 60% oil and 40% water, total salinity was 16,500PPM.
However, the results from the initial immeasurable flow and low bottom hole pressure
indicated a weak influx from the formation. Table II lustrates the flow type.

● Well BBBB3-6:
The exploratory well BBBB3-6 was spud on 02/8/08 and drilled to a total depth of
2500ft. A 7” casing was set at 2500ftKB and cemented to surface. Based on swabbing
results, it is estimated that the subject well is capable to produce 300 BFPD from Gialo
“C” using “Sucker Rod Pump (SRP)”.
Gialo “A”: In order to evaluated Gialo “A” separately, Gialo “C” was isolated and
perforation in Gialo “A” using 4 ½” casing gun were opened through intervals 1768’-
1778’& 1782’-1794’KB. Utilizing ESP DST the well was tested. Table III lustrates the
flow type.

Gialo “C”: Was initially perforated with 4 ½” casing gun at interval 2086’-2102’&
2106’-2118’KB. Due to unsufficient formation pressure ESP was run and used to
conduct DST. More perforation were added into the upper part of Gialo “C” and flow
tested utilizing ESP. The table III lustrates the each interval in Gialo “C” flow.

● Well XXXX1-6:

The well was spud on 27-10-2009. The total depth of 7992’ KB (driller depth) was
reached on 06-01-09. The top of Waha formation was encountered at 7842’KB; the
interval 7842’-7854’KB was perforated in the Waha formation with SDP 4 1/2” casing
gun at (5+1) SPF.
To repair the collapsed casing 9 5/8” @ 2845’KB, it was decided to tieback the 7” liner
to surface.
Following acid stimulation and clean up, the well flowed 100% oil with 170 psi on 32/64”
choke. Unfortunately, after run final completion well couldn’t flow naturally due to
formation damage and well was stimulated with 15% HCL.

Based on nitrogen lifting results after acid, it is estimated that the subject well is
capable to produce +/- 600 BFPD from Waha formation using artificial lift “Jet Pump
(JP)”.

● Well YYYY1-6 North Jebel:

Waha Reservoir Evaluation:

The subject well was spud on 01-09-2009 and drilled to total depth of 7780’ KB (driller
depth). Open hole logs indicated top of Waha reservoir at 7525’ KB, Bahi/ Gargaf at
7581’ KB, the water oil contact at 7550’KB. The interval 7525’-7537’ KB in Waha
formation was perforated utilizing 4 ½” under balance “TCP” gun at 5+1 SPF. The well
flowed 100% oil against well head pressure at 20- 40 psi. Due to expected wellbore
damage and skin, therefore the well was acidized using 300gal 15% HCL on 30-11-
2009 with success result . Table IIV lustrates the flow type in Waha formation.
Harash Reservoir Evaluation:
The open hole logs indicated top of Harash reservoir at 5574’ KB, with no
appearance of water oil contact. The intervals 5590’-5602’ & 5612’-5626’ KB in
Harash formation were perforated utilizing 7” gun at 5+1 SPF. Flow well to flare pit
and observed for 9 hrs, with no indication of flow. Therefore the well was acidized
using 1950gal 15% HCL with 1000 VDA on 09-12-2009. The flow test result showed,
the well flowing 100% oil on ½” Choke, well head pressure 40 psig, then after 8 hrs
well was dead. On 10.12.2009, RIH with CT for lifting by nitrogen (N 2) to unload the
well for cleaning up and test. Table IIV lustrates the flow type in Harash formation.
