These days many famous companies have decided to provide their employees with rewards
such as entertainment, bonuses among others. This has caused workers to have high
expectations when searching for a job, becoming disappointed when finding out that many
companies do not offer such rewards. Given this scenario, do you think that rewards in
companies should be mandatory?

  Many companies today, looking for their workers to be
 
challenged to improve their results, offer them rewards so
