To Whom It May Concern:

I am very pleased to provide a letter of recommendation for Kylie Moe as she pursues options she has
for her future. I have known Kylie from the day she was born and have watched her grow into the
young lady she has become. During the years Kylie has experienced many changes in her life where she
has learned to receive change and be open minded to accepting what she has been faced with.

Kylie has achieved various experiences that very few females would achieve. She enjoyed car racing
with her family and with her involvement with Whittemore Race Track, Kylie turned her interest from
working and helping with organizing various activities to putting on that helmet and jumping into the
driver’s seat and became a winner. So, it goes to shows she can achieve anything that she can put her
mind to.

She has also joined her Local 4H Club where she has taken in and raised various farm animals. These
animals became her responsibility to care for them by feeding, keeping them healthy and safe. From
there she took them to the local fair for them to be shown / sold to the public. These types of
obligations have given her the dedication and drive to reach for what she wants and achieve those goals.

Please consider Kylie for your scholarship as she has the drive to be successful.
