Clinical research professional with experience in Medical Physics and Radiation Oncology trials looking
to apply my abilities to a career in medical dosimetry.

Experience
SEPTEMBER 2019 – PRESENT
Treatment Planning Coordinator / Memorial Sloan Kettering
Cancer Center, NY, NY
• Monitor and ensure uninterrupted section workflow across 8 treatment facilities. Coordinate
between clinical staff in Radiation Oncology and Medical Physics to manage a variety of complex
treatment situations and enable timely patient treatment through effective communication skills
with various stakeholders and departments.
• Assign cases and tasks to over 80 dosimetrists based on credentialing, planning load, and
availability. Testing radiation oncology case assignment software. Train clinical and non-clinical
staff on software use.
• Locate, export, and coordinate transfer of previous treatment records and DICOM data to outside
institutions from several treatment planning systems and databases according to HIPAA
regulations. Evaluate radiation therapy (RT) treatments for overlap and extract information from
orders to ensure correct treatment and timelines are followed.

AUGUST 2015 – SEPTEMBER 2019

Clinical Research Associate / Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer
Center, NY, NY
• Ensured uninterrupted workflow for external beam treatment planning protocol cases.
Coordinated between clinical and research staff in Medical Physics, Radiation Oncology and other
departments to enable timely patient care and data collection.
• Trained research staff in Medical Physics and other departments on the use of the ARIA oncology
information and Eclipse treatment planning systems, as well as general RT treatment planning
concepts utilized in the Radiation Oncology and Medical Physics departments.
• Managed departmental research portfolio of 5 prospective and 42 retrospective research
protocols. Managed protocol startup, identified and troubleshot challenges, proactively
evaluated and recommended changes based on federal regulations and organizational and
departmental policies. Developed workflows and best practices for team.

AUGUST 2013 – AUGUST 2015

Research Study Assistant II / Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer
Center, NY, NY
• Anonymized and exported RT DICOM data and assisted with any necessary corrections of data for
external transfer. Ensured protocol data compliance within the external beam treatment planning
section and implemented tracking of all cases submitted.
• Evaluated patient eligibility and obtained consent for accrual onto protocols. Coordinated with
patients, physicians, clinic staff and investigators to schedule protocol interventions.

1
JUNE 2012 – MAY 2013
Graduate Research Assistant / Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA
• Conducted luciferase reporter assays and utilized cell culture and transfection techniques with
microRNAs and targets in a sterile environment and analyzed results.
• Utilized target prediction algorithms and sequence alignment tools.

AUGUST 2013 – AUGUST 2015

Volunteer New York State EMT-B / Harpur’s Ferry Ambulance
Service, Vestal, NY
• Assessed patients, documented histories, performed physical exams and obtained vital signs.
Treated patient at BLS level and assisted ALS providers when necessary.
• Coordinated patient transportation to area hospitals.
